My mattress was delivered the next day and Wow what service! They put down a carpet, put on red booties, were in and out in no time, leaving no mess behind... They were Great! The next day I phoned the store & spoke to Sean to order a mattress cover, he handled everything over the phone, called back a few days later to let me know it had arrived, and I was able to pick it up. We came here on a Sunday and met with John. He was patient and easy to work with...was even nice to our kids. He wasn't pushy by any means. We ended up liking the M7 mattress. We didn't buy that day, but he did give a nice follow up call when the mattress went on sale even more for insiders (people who have had a sleep number bed before). So two weeks later we decided to make the big purchase. We made the mistake of going when he wasn't there. We drove to that store hoping he was working even though we have a store closer to our home we wanted John to end up with the credit. The sales consultant we ended up with was a little more pushy...really trying to push sheets, and pillows. We got a pretty good discount (20 percent promo at the time) that was available for only insiders off the mattress. I take sleep VERY seriously and appreciate the system they have to narrow down their selections. Edrees wasn't pushy, took his time to explain what he was doing when having us test out like 7 different models & their features, and then left us alone for a few to make up our own minds. It was a good processes and we felt good about the decision. This brands are all solid and well-known, and their process seems pretty tight. Give yourself an hour or so if you go, it's no surprise these things aren't inexpensive and you're going to spend a quarter of your life in bed, so make it count.

The professional bed installer said, " oh well this doesn't work" when he had the wrong parts for the head assembly, and he left. I went to the store,provided them with the correct part number. Another part was ordered, when it arrived in about 3 weeks, it was the same incorrect attachment. Next we had to order directly from manufacturer. This was wrong as well. Finally a new basic frame was brought over in exchange. The installer didn't have bolts, so he TAPED the headboard to the frame! Poor service, poor installation. We do not recommend this store.

We were helping our millennial daughter look for furniture for her newly purchased condo. We went to the big furniture store nearby and weren't that impressed given the price tag for the better items and may have picked out a few pieces to consider. But when walked in Furniture 4 ( we previously bought a mattress about 2 years ago for a friend) we already saw at least 2 sofas to our liking. Upstairs, we were debating which among four dining sets to pick. There were other interesting items like a decorative mirror and a long tall desk but we had to prioritize our purchases. In the end, we bought a 5 pc. dining set, an extra matching bench, and a king size leather headboard and frame. Abdi, who tended the store that Saturday was very accommodating, never imposing. He does not hover over you trying to force a sale but is ready to answer your questions and will give you options on color, availability, delivery costs and schedules. We got a super deal! The icing on the cake was that we came in 1 pm, closed the deal in less than an hour, got a big discount on the price and delivery cost, was able to get the unit on display, Abdi checked and said the bed was in a nearby storage, and had everything delivered THE SAME DAY by around 7 pm! Jose the delivery guy is equally awesome. He single-handedly brought up to the second level all the heavy furniture and assembled the dining table and bed. If you like what you see in Furniture 4, you will get it at a value for money price through Abdi and most probably, like others customers who bought on that day, get it delivered in a few hours. That's a hard deal to match!

Out of curiosity, I asked him what mattress he recommends... Instantly I was beyond impressed with his suggestion- so much so that I asked if I can come back in a few days with a decision. Now, I own a mattress that I plan to have for at least 15-20 years (Warranty included). Both Joe and his manager were flexible in negotiations, gave me options, and most importantly NEVER pushed any products on me. They simply asked what I'm looking for, and showed me what they had.
