We bought two mattresses from the Warrenton Mattress Warehouse. Sabo was our salesman. He was awesome! Never pressured us and was very patient, friendly, and informative. He answered all of our questions and gave us a great price when it came time to make our purchase. He even called the day of delivery to make sure it went well. It did. We are very happy. After being very disappointed in the Culpeper store, we drove to the Warrenton store. Wonderful very large store. Jason helped us and we fell in love with the Nectar mattress, which is why we went. Josh knows his product and didn't steer us to something totally out of our price range. We did also buy an adjustable frame with the financing they offer and look forward to our new bed on Wednesday. Loved Jason, loved the large store with a wide variety of sizes, types and prices. He spent a lot of time with us and juggled other customers and the phones all at once. Not very good customer service when requesting a refund. I bought a mattress Saturday then canceled the same day to no fault of the store. It's now Wednesday and still no refund. I've called the store everyday this week several times a day and just getting the run around. $1,000.00 might not seem like a lot of money to some people, but it is to me and I want my money back. If the person answering the phone says he will find out and call me back, then call me back! Don't ignore me. Don't buy from this place unless you are totally sure what you are buying is what you want, because this is very frustrating. Who knows when I will get my money back! read more

We purchased a split king adjustable bed set from Sabo this past week. What a great guy! From start to finish he made this process so easy. He never pressured us and was very personable and knowlegable about all of the products in the store. Communication was great! He contacted us with delivery information and checked to make sure we had received a call from the delivery company with our delivery schedule. He called within 2 hours of our delivery to make sure everything had gone smoothly. If you need a new bed, Sabo is your "Go to guy"! read more

I've just purchased my 3rd mattress for our farm from Jason at the Warrenton store. Jason is the consummate professional: polite, efficient, and was quick to offer us a generous discount as we have been a repeat customer. I noted that he treated me and another gentleman who was "just looking" with the same respect and attention. Impressive. The MW delivery team is just as polite and efficient. I received a call confirming my delivery date as I was driving home from the store. The last mattress was delivered within one minute of the promised time and the two young men were super polite and friendly. Cannot recommend the product, the process and most importantly, the people of the Warrenton store highly enough. read more

Awful experience and worse prices. We had the displeasure of working with Sabo, the store manager, who was every bit the used car salesman. We wanted to buy two mattresses quickly and have them delivered to Sperryville. He negotiated a free deliver and one free frame, but offered the second at $65 (you know these frames, the ones you find free on the street). He offered us his "best" price and we bought two for delivery the following week. However, we happened to stop into Mattress Authority after a visit to Sherwin-Williams. Dennis immediately offered free delivery and free frames. We found two mattresses of identical comfort and a total of $450 cheaper! So we bought them. Dennis assured us that we shouldn't have a problem canceling the other order; it won't be a problem at his store. On Monday, we call Sabo to cancel our order. He argues then tells us that we have to bring in the receipt. Really? But we bring it in on Friday. We call to let them know we are coming. When we arrive, they have left a young "trainee," who conveniently could not get either Sabo or the district manager on the phone. They had five days to address this issue. The young trainer puts me on the phone with someone from NC who tries to tell me I got ripped off at the other store -- although he knows nothing of our purchase or where we made it. After 45 minutes, the trainee can't get any approvals and says she doesn't know how to do so. The store was closing, so we called our credit cards to dispute and left it at that. In sum, still no resolution. Highly recommend Mattress Authority who were professional and delivered the mattress on time. Recommend staying away from Mattress Warehouse, unless you are great negotiator and are willing to risk a major issue returning goods that you never received. read more

There were only 2 reviews for Mattress Warehouse in Warrenton and they sharply conflicted: the most recent one was full of praise and the one from 2011 was nasty. Understandably, I was skeptical when I went to buy my new full size mattress/box spring set there, but I was delighted by the prices and the quality of service. I purchased the name brand set (Sealy) plus a headboard and mattress cover, delivery, set up, and removal of my old mattress set for just over $800. It is all exactly what I wanted at an excellent price. I agree with the 4/21 reviewer who "can't say enough positive things", about Sabo, the store manager. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and very, very helpful. I have only been in this area for 4 months, and my Mattress Warehouse experience was a great welcome. read more

My experience has been totally opposite than the two 1 star reviews. I have been in to that store multiple times and have had nothing but outstanding service. I went in several days ago and the manager remembered my name and my wife's name. I had a warranty issue with a Tempurdic mattress a year ago, and the manager spent literally several hours over several different visits even when he knew I was getting a free replacement mattress from Tempurpedic. I have since purchased several pillows from there and each time I felt like a paid a reasonable price. I find it odd that people want to continually negotiate after making a commitment. There is nothing wrong with wanting the best price for something. Also understand that if you want the best service, you cannot expect the best price. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this store. read more

I would not recommend shopping for a new bed here at all. While their selection was pretty good, their overall sales tactics were shady and I completely agree with the other reviewer that it felt we were dealing with a used car salesman - not to offend used car salesmen but the stereotype exists for a reason.... We were told if we gave them a small, easily refundable payment we could hold a super low price on a tempurpedic for a few days while we made up our minds. Well yes, it was refundable but only after we walked thru many hoops, made many phone calls and waited well over a month to receive the credit back on our card. We ended up buying a bed set down the street a little bit (Mattress Authority) and received not only a fantastic bed but fantastic customer service. read more
