Great prices, great value, they work on great deals for you, but listen close bc they are are salesman and are good at talking fast and sounds great but you don't always get exactly what you thought. I e gone several times and will continue to do my business with them. Just need to make sure I watch for all sales before I buy. read more

We had already purchased a Temperpedic from another furniture store and were unhappy with the feel but still within the 90 day guarantee from Temperpedic. The previous store was no longer carrying Temperpedic so we could not test new mattresses there. We explained our situation to Tyrone, the store manager and while he understood that he would not be selling us a mattress directly (due to the guarantee) he was very helpful in finding the right mattress for us to take to Temperpedic for exchange. Once we are in the market for another mattress I will go back to Mattress Warehouse. I highly recommend them. read more

I went to purchase a new mattress, and asked for a military discount, which in fact they do. I purchased two of the same mattresses on NOV. 2021 at a same name store. They refused the discount due to it was already on sell from the MSRP that is set by the manufacturer. At which l produced the receipt from my last purchase. This store is dishonest. read more

Great selection of mattresses. However, though I need two mattresses, I will not be purchasing them from this location. The salesman was horrid. My husband and I walked in and showed interest in what turned out to be one of their most expensive mattresses ($5k+). We also took a quick look at S&F and Temperpedic. At that point, we found the sleep machine that supposedly uses "science from Duke University" to tell you which mattresses offer the best support for your body type, main sleep position, and ailments. The salesman talked it up, encouraged us to try it. We did. But when the results suggested two MUCH cheaper (by several thousand) mattress options and we asked to see them, the salesman became immediately rude. Though my husband and I have NEVER had an issue with this in the past, the salesman not only insulted the brand that was recommended, but he stated that the weight difference between me and my husband would be a problem for those mattresses (my husband and I weigh within 35 pounds of each other, which is not uncommon for a couple). When he continued to push the expensive option, I showed him how it wasn't even listed as one recommended for us by the machine (too soft/not enough support). At first he tried the "well, you tried it and liked it..." route, but when I referred back to the list generated by the store's machine, he tried telling me that I wasn't reading it correctly (which we absolutely were) and just got ruder, louder, and more defensive. We were done. That salesman, in the business for "11 years," should be happy to sell us anything in that store. It's better than losing two sales, which is all he accomplished. This store needs to retrain basic sales techniques. I don't care that Shaq owns the mattress or that it was on MTV Cribs. I want to know why I've been happy with $2-3k mattresses my whole life, but for some reason I now need a $5k one. He had a couple good points about the manufacturing of the product (though I don't know why I should put a lot of stock in handmade), but he didn't like it when I told him that I wasn't making that kind of an investment without doing some research first. All around bad experience. We're taking our money somewhere else. read more

Don't know if it was just a super slow day or what but when my family and I entered the store we saw the manager (Julie) and I assume her boyfriend laying down on one of the beds playing on their phones. When I walked by the bed they were laying on it reeked of cigarette smoke. The other person working their was a kind older man named Herb. Herb proceeded to have my wife and I take the Bed Match test which measures your pressure points and other details and prints out a recommendation of beds. The beds it selected were okay but for some reason I was not allowed to keep the printout. Very shady. read more

after shopping at a couple of other stores I went to Mattress Warehouse in Stafford, Va. After just getting over back surgery I was not getting proper rest. The salesperson (I believe it was the store mgr. Tyrone Kelly). waited on me he was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and suggested that I lie down on one for a few minutes and try out anyone I wanted. I found one that felt good with my needs. He was not pushy or rude. In fact I thought he was very courteous and understanding of my need. I told him I would talk it over with my husband. I returned the next day. I purchase the mattress and he set me up with delivery the very next day. They called me that night and told me the delivery people would be there the next day between ll and 2. They called again the next morning to confirm delivery and then again 10 minutes before they arrived. the delivery people were very nice and picked up my old mattress and placed my new mattress in just a few minutes. I was very happy with the service I received. I purchased and tempur-pedic mattress and looking forward to finally getting some restful sleep. read more
