We bought a mattress and box springs from this store a little over two weeks ago. The low profile box springs did not work with our bed frame. We have been calling daily trying to figure out how to return them, and have been getting run around in circles. This store continues to tell us conflicting information, does not call us back when they said they would, and has belittled us saying it is our fault and points the finger back at us. We are a young couple trying to start out in our first house and this store refuses to let us return or exchange our box springs without having to pay an additional $150. They have lied and taken advantage of us and we will never shop at a mattress warehouse again. read more

We got an excellent deal on a Kingsdown mattress, the BedMatch service was pretty neat, and the employees, Magdalene and Nikolai, went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal possible. Magdalene also entertained our baby while we tested the mattresses recommended to us by BedMatch. The district manager, Glenn, also happened to be there and got us an even better deal than we could've hoped for. We did have an issue with a bed frame, but Nikolai worked quickly to resolve it beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back. read more

After a most unpleasant experience at the California MD store, I was so happy and relieved to find wonderful service and fair pricing at the Prince Frederick store. I liken buying a mattress to purchasing a car or house. It is a very expensive purchase and one that you only have a few moments to decide on and to live with for many years. It was most refreshing to have someone so understanding and kind to help me with my purchase. I was in and out with the product of my choice in less than 30 minutes and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and understanding that I received. We ordered a mattress on Tuesday and we were guaranteed that it would be in Friday. We were not using delivery, we were picking it up, so we only needed it to be on the truck to the store delivery. We called on Friday at 2pm as it was supposed to be in at 11am. They did NOT call us. We were informed it was not delivered. There are 3 other mattress stores within 5 miles of this place, but we decided on them because they guaranteed our delivery on Friday. They did not try to do anything for us nor did they seem to even care that they made a promise they didn't keep. We will not use this store again and will be sure none of our friends or family do either. read more

To make a long story short, they delivered the wrong mattress to us three times! We were promised a $600.00 refund for our inconvenience and even have copies of the paperwork, but we were only given a $400 refund and we spent a total of $6000 at that store! Purchased a mattress from here yesterday. The staff was absolutely wonderful and so informative. They have a machine that measures your pressure points while laying down and it'll pull certain mattresses to best fit your sleep style and body. The process was stress free and quick!
