I have been in the store several times and each time they remember me, my family, and take the time to help me in my decision making. I love the personalized service. As far as the products, I have ordered several pieces from Furniture Gallery including two sofas, pillows, and bookshelves. The selection in the store is diverse but not overwhelming making shopping and decorating fun and easy. The pieces are beautiful, well-constructed and comfortable, and the prices are great for the excellent quality. Sales and promotions are frequent and generous. I also like that most of the offerings are American made. My pieces all arrived on or ahead of scheduled date. I highly recommend this store for all your decorating needs.

Sharing with my local friends for awareness. Never buy…read moreanything from Furniture Gallery of Prince Frederick. They delivered a wrong item to me 2 times. First time it was the wrong item, then the second time - it was the right item but very visibly stained. There was not another same item they could give me in place of it so they said they would credit my account for the item not received. They credited back LESS than I was charged for it (200.00). The original receipt for 3 items showed the PRE-discounted price for each item, and then the total price for all 3 items after the discounts. It did not break down the discounted price for each individual item nor reference how much of a discount they were actually giving me. In order to find out what the exact discount was for the individual pieces, I got my handy dandy spreadsheet out and calculated it all out. Once I could see the credit back to my card online, I could see it was not the right amount. So I printed the spreadsheet and took it to the store. The manager explained the the item in question was much more of a discount than I calculated and they were kind to credit back what they did. I asked the manager to discuss it with the owners to see if they could give me the full amount back that I calculated as would be fair - or at least give me store credit for the difference. They said no. The manager would not even talk to me but had a different employee talk to me. I'll drive farther next time I want any furniture. Funny too, if they would have given me store credit I most likely would have spent more money than the store credit.

After a most unpleasant experience at the California MD store, I was so happy and relieved to find wonderful service and fair pricing at the Prince Frederick store. I liken buying a mattress to purchasing a car or house. It is a very expensive purchase and one that you only have a few moments to decide on and to live with for many years. It was most refreshing to have someone so understanding and kind to help me with my purchase. I was in and out with the product of my choice in less than 30 minutes and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and understanding that I received. I didn't buy the top of the line product, what I wanted was modestly priced but Angela treated me with the kindness and respect as though I was spending many hundreds of dollars. Thank you Angela! I am excited for the delivery of my new mattress and you can be assured that I will bring my future business to you and your colleagues as well as recommending your store to my family and friends here in St. Mary's county.

Tell me why this lady comes up with an attitude asking what we wanted and why we were bothering her . She then proceeded to tell us that she couldn't keep anything unlocked because she couldn't risk "anyone taking it" which I understand except she then said "I wouldn't expect someone coming off of work 7 beers drunk to understand" to my dad. Mind you I work in nursing and my dad's a blue collar Hispanic man who was in no way, shape, or form drunk or drinks at work. We're just trying to pick up some things and go home lady! So now she's given me reason to suspect why she was rude to us. Now at this point she's pissed me off, not only do you not want to do your job but now you're making stuff up, stereotyping and being difficult? My dad is a kind man and let it slide but if she encounters me and does that to me again I will make sure the manager hears from me and she gets disciplinary action.
