They charged exactly what was discussed/contained in their brochure. They did not charge extra for delivery. They leveled the shed with cinder blocks (our yard is not level). The shed was built to our exact specifications and they placed it in the corner of the yard that I asked them to with about 12 inch clearance from the fence. We compared the price of the shed to two other competitors and they had the best price for what we received. I could not be happier with the entire process. The same gentleman who sold us the shed delivered it. He was courteous and conscientious during both. He did not rush the delivery process as some companies do. He verified with me throughout that the placement was correct. The only thing that may turn some customers away is that they do not deliver on the weekend. This was not a big deal for us. If you want a shed and live in Southern Maryland, this is the place to go. I do not think I could have built the shed for what they charge and it is in my back yard a week after the order. I worked with Diane and Mary for several months to ensure my order would be correct. I sent measurements and photos of the cushions I needed to replace. Was assured that all would be done as discussed. I waited months for my cushions to be made, and was so excited when I knew they were shipped. Well, bottom cushions are nit deep enough by several inches. We have to put a piece of a pool noodle behind each cushion to make it work and bottom cushions were supposed to be box cushions with piping and are not. I have contacted Diane and Mary and at first they seemed as if they would help me out then all correspondence stopped. So I am out well over $1000.00, with cushions that don't fit and am looking for someone locally to make new cushions! Order at your own risk.

Not low end pricing, but you get what you pay for. These are pieces that can last a lifetime. We had previously had an Ethan Allen cherry set and the table top was scarred and had white marks from heat. The Lanco table has a MUCH tougher finish; what you'd expect for kitchen use. The chairs are sturdy. My only complaint is that the manufacturer could take more care in selecting the wood boards comprising the top. I was dissatisfied with the original table top (because of an unfortunate placement of a knot. I've been a designer for over 30 years, so I'm picky). Customer service from Merv was very good; the manufacturer rebuilt the table and replaced the original one. We would definitely recommend this company.

I somehow ended up down in this area and decided to stop at as many thrift and antique stores as I could. This one was a bit confusing for me (parking wise). I wasn't sure where I was to park, as the small lot next to it was full and I didn't think I was allowed to go around the back. I ended up parking across the street at a closed business and walked over here. When I approached the front of the business heading to the door I was greeted by one of the employees. I usually hate having to make small talk and will try to go out of my way to avoid it, but it came easily with this employee. She was pleasant and we spoke about the weather and what not. Once inside, I completely lost track of what I was here to look for. See, when they have cats up for adoption, I just don't remember a damn thing. What was fun was the cats wondering about in the space. It was so distracting (in a good way) to have them rubbing up against you demanding pets. I interacted with the cats more than I browsed. When I did browse, I found that they have a good mix of items and definitely warrants a revisit. But on this visit, I didn't find what I was looking for.

I had sent them an email saying what I was interested in. Franki did her due diligence to make sure my final appliance selection fit into my space which is much appreciated. Their delivery service was efficient. I had done the task Franki said was our responsibility before they arrived so it was a smooth seamless delivery. Franki recommended an installer, since I had no clue, and they were professional also, arriving as promised, doing the setup and removing the trash. I could have gone to a big box store but IMHO, their salespersons know as much about the appliances as I do. I wanted someone who knew more than me, that's Franki. Plus ADUs prices were very competitive. We chatted a bit about mixing stainless steel & black appliances and decided to go with the stainless steel look and gradually swap out the other kitchen appliances. See how it look in my photos. I love it. Let's just hope the reliability of this GE appliance is long lasting. That's not on ADU or my salesperson though.

It's in a turquoise and white package). I always laugh when I tell people that my husband's favorite perfume of mine came from a hardware store. I love that they offer coupons, rewards, and a military discount a few times a year, so we can get some pretty good deals. Everything we've ever purchased from Sneade's has been worth the price and I don't think I've ever had to return anything.
