Encountered a very rude worker. I was at the store with my dad for some spray paint which is locked up so we go ask for someone with the key to unlock it. Tell me why this lady comes up with an attitude asking what we wanted and why we were bothering her . She then proceeded to tell us that she couldn't keep anything unlocked because she couldn't risk "anyone taking it" which I understand except she then said "I wouldn't expect someone coming off of work 7 beers drunk to understand" to my dad. Mind you I work in nursing and my dad's a blue collar Hispanic man who was in no way, shape, or form drunk or drinks at work. We're just trying to pick up some things and go home lady! So now she's given me reason to suspect why she was rude to us. Now at this point she's pissed me off, not only do you not want to do your job but now you're making stuff up, stereotyping and being difficult? My dad is a kind man and let it slide but if she encounters me and does that to me again I will make sure the manager hears from me and she gets disciplinary action. read more

Apparently Walmart employees can't tell the difference between McDonald's Happy Meal toy and the crap sold at Walmart! I bought 2 toys there at Walmart because my granddaughter handled getting immunizations like a trooper. This Wal-Mart is not a Supercenter. That means that they have a limited selection of groceries and is mostly a "dry goods" store with clothing, electronics, tons and sporting goods. It's also a smaller footprint so the aisles are clogged with displays making navigation a challenge. When I popped in Sunday evening, there were exactly TWO registers open with a line of 12 people waiting. I opted to abandon my cart. read more

Elizabeth (older woman with a bib hair cut) working self checkout tonight was extremely rude. Perhaps if she hates customers so much she should be moved into the back where she does not have to deal with customers. Furthermore an unsecured display case fell over unexpectedly and smashed my foot. It was bleeding, extremely painful and neither Elizabeth nor a yellow vested employee were willing to help. Elizabeth brushed me off saying "Stay away woman" when I asked for help. She was awful and I left in tears. I was refused as much as a band aid when I was injured by THEIR faulty, unsecured display. I am used to the horrible service here but today was the worst. I work with adults with mental disabilities. My client is a sweet person. We were at the chexk out in electronics when he told our cashier thank you sweet heart. She snapped back and said my name is not sweet heart ok its mariah just like my name tag says. Now mind you he cannot read and we were working on social interaction. I hope you can see this as a set back. Now i understand she didnt know and i understand because i can read that her name is mariah however my client calling anyone sweet heart is not a crime and did not warrant such a response. If nothings done i definitely wont be coming back to this place at all. read more

I went to check out and there was a bagger and a cashier. The cashier rung my stuff up while the bagger sat there and did nothing so i eventually just said excuse me and did it myself. They also never communicated with me they were holding their own personal conversation about their friends. So after i get all of my visible bags I pay and proceed to leave and go home and find 5 items missing so I guess the bagger who couldnt do her job also failed to give me all of my stuff. I dont see how you misplace 5 items. read more

Lately, the customer service has been really poor here. I understand having bad days and dealing with hard customers, but on multiple occasions, I have had really rude cashiers. They don't greet me, ask how I'm doing. Tonight my cashier slammed my things around and complained loudly about needing a break from customers and how she hates her job while I stood silently waiting for her to finish ringing my stuff in. In my job, if I treated a patient like that, I would lose my job. I shop at Walmart on the regular and it seems that the customer service has really declined. I'm not asking for much, but rude employees that hate their job and show that to their customers are not enjoyable and put you in a bad mood. Very frustrating. If you don't like your job, find a new one. read more
