The first was about ten years ago for another portion of our house, and once again they did an outstanding job. They were helpful in selecting a flooring pattern that matched our previously installed floors, and the estimating and scheduling process was straightforward and easy. The installation crew paid close attention to detail, and you can tell from the work around corners, transitions, and trim that they take pride in their craftsmanship and quality. We also appreciated how transparent they were regarding areas where our subfloor was uneven (which we knew would be a problem going into the job). They assessed the condition, explained the available options, and then corrected the subfloor so the planks could be installed the right way. Having a section of our hallway flat when it's been uneven for years has been a great bonus. It's reassuring to know a company like this exists in Concord. Fleury's is the only place I would use for flooring in the future.

Fast forward to present day and time to replace 30yr old original carpeting upstairs. Because our prior experience with Fleury's went so well, naturally we returned to them for phase 2. I started with Chris at the store to present the project and he made suggestions for makers and brands to best match the Brazilian Cherry we had downstairs. Patrick was up next with onsite inspection, measurements, and bringing over samples. A complementary (and upgraded) product was chosen and install timeline was set. Javier and Kiko were next on the scene and took only 5 days to demo carpet, prep and level subfloor, and install flooring and baseboards in 4 bedrooms and a hallway. Patrick came by a couple times to check on progress and made a great suggestion to add additional underlayment. That - combined with their tried and proven method of gluing and nailing down the floor - made for the most solid-feeling hardware floor installation I've ever encountered. I'm a pretty picky customer, so when I tell you their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and finish skills are top notch - believe it. Prices and labor these days are pretty much standard all around. But if you receive this level of workmanship and flawless results, you sleep better knowing you made the right decision. Can't say enough about my experience with Fleury's. 10/10

They were reasonably priced - not the highest or the lowest quote but Jonathan was what sold us on the work and we're more than happy to have gone with him and have recommended him to other neighbors. There's a reason why they are so backed up with work! They're popular for a good reason. They're finishing up the work today and the guys are respectful, clean up after themselves and super nice to chat with. This year, I wanted to replace the carpet throughout the house with the same. After getting several bids, it was clear that CCH was the best price BY FAR. They even worked with me and the manufacturer to get extra discounts since I would need to redo the kitchen as well to match the latest LVP version. They finished the job (~1900 sqft) in just about 4 days and they even helped move many items including disassembling my master bed, at no additional cost! The team is super respectful, and the attention to detail (while not perfect) far exceeds what I would expect given their competitive price point. I am also really impressed with Mark's responsiveness over text, providing updates and responding to concerns - including after hours! His and his team's level of customer service, again, is really top tier. For example, when his team accidentally broke a couple of ethernet cables, he offered to deduct the cost from the bill right away. And at the end of the job, he encouraged me to compile a punch list of any issues that needed to be addressed in a return visit, which should happen very soon. Despite pretty much all of the work being finished - he has not asked for the 2nd half follow up payment yet - not until they complete the punch list at the followup visit. Really commendable company! I also love the music the install team plays during their work (they are also willing to turn it off if the customer needs it quite). So I was thrilled that they were willing to send me the youtube play list. Happy to recommend this company for your next flooring needs! They will wait until the exact time they are scheduled to arrive to tell me they are running behind, or they will say they are showing up "soon" and then take over half an hour to actually get here with absolute radio silence in between. This has wasted my time on several occasions and forced me to push back my own plans while waiting around for them to show up. If you have a completely wide-open schedule and don't mind waiting around, their cleaning is fine. But if you value your time and expect basic professional communication regarding ETAs, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I called the store anyway and somehow managed to get in touch with the owner. He explained that they had closed early because of Thanksgiving, which I completely understood. But when I told him my situation, he did something I absolutely did not expect. He said he was about 40 minutes away, but insisted on turning around and coming back to the store just so I could get my dress. He drove all the way back, opened the shop for me, and then had to drive another 40 minutes again afterward. I honestly couldn't believe it. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. He went so far out of his way to help me, especially right before a major holiday. Truly 10/10 service. I'm so grateful and will absolutely continue coming here. Highly recommend!

I just had my front entry marble restored by A&E carpet cleaning. Dylan was so professional they came on time and did an incredible job. My marble floors were 30 years old and had never been serviced or treated. They brought my marble floors back to life to their original shine. This product costs $10 a box which means, my bill of several thousand dollars was paying for the craftsmanship to install. JR told us, they will smooth your flooring out to make it even so there are no dips and valley. To prep, I had to remove my bath sink & toilet and remove my shutters to my sliding door. You pay half at start and other half of payment after installation. Installation guys were nice & professional. They did ask me a wee bit late which direction I wanted the flooring, as they had installed it the opposite direction I wanted. Without batting an eye, they pulled it up and changed it to my liking. After leaving and a few days later, the step layer piece (one step down from one room to other) started to pull off. Also, I notice the flooring had a lot of air pockets under the vinyl; they did not even the flooring prior to installation. We taped many spots where the flooring had air pockets to show JR. The owner ended up coming out and was not great at a resolution saying, it was a floating floor. I would not pay my second payment and eventually, they did come back to pull up flooring and even it out. I am happier about floor but I should not ever had to call back; it should have been done properly the first time. One error I made, I did not have them fix my baseboards. After putting them back on, they left the nails showing so now I have to take time from my life to fix.

The reason I am still bothered, although this was months ago now, is that he tried to gaslight both my husband and me and was very forceful with his tone of voice and language trying to convince us of things we could see were not true (neither my husband nor I are overly emotional). When we showed him the mismatched grout colors (described below) he would say they matched. But clearly they didn't. Then he would say they would dry to match. They didn't. And he repeatedly would argue like this about the very thing we could see in front of us telling us what we saw was not true, mismatched grout. He did this when he could not remove all of the white finish from the grout leaving some white spots in the grey grout, in the places where it was hardest to reach. He tried twice to remove the white from the hard to reach spots, and he said he could not. I want to say at this point he was very angry and did offer me a refund, and I suggested it felt unfair to not pay him at all (we have a strong sense of what is fair, and money is not our main concern, and they had spent hours, but with his attitude I should have taken the refund!). Instead I asked him to just come back and fix the grout and we'd call it even. When he came back, without asking me applied black grout colorant over the white spots, this time telling us the black was the same color as the grey grout. Clearly it was not, yet he argued the point that it was. He kept saying "this is the right color". Then he said in a year it might change to grey!!! (By the way, this was new tile that had the wrong finish on it, which is why we called him in... no way was the grout grey because it faded over time, it was always grey). When I saw this was going to be left mismatched, I asked him to just use the colorant over all the grout, leaving it all one color (I prefer grey but all one color was my priority). He said "We don't do that". Clearly they do! He had just done that to spots of the grout. Then, gaslighting us again, he again said that it matched (clearly it did not, it was high contrast to the grey grout) and then he said again that it would dry to match. Of course it did not. When he left this time, and he said when it dried it would turn grey, I don't know why I believed him, I think I was just exhausted by all of this. The same line had never been true before, but in the the exchanges with him he became so heated I just wanted him gone. So I thanked him and let him leave. And he left a job done horribly. No one would have been happy with that floor. I ended up hiring another company to recolor the grout and am very happy with the results. So it cost me twice as much in the end, but the guy I found was so very nice. He actually cared whether or not I was happy with the floor!!!! I clearly wasted my money, energy and time on this very rude man. NOTE: There is more to this story, when he first did the floor he did not do inside the closet, even though it is the same floor. Then when it looked different inside the closet he tried to tell me they used a different sealer in the closet area. I knew they had not, but he insisted it was their fault not his. He did, however, finally do the floor after spending much time trying to tell me it could not be done. For the hard to reach areas that were still white, I even offered that if he would tell me what to use I would clean the hard to reach spots myself but he said it's a "trade secret" and wouldn't advice me how to do it myself. He originally gave us a quote to clean the finish off our tiles, and to replace the grout. When he got there he decided just to clean the grout and not replace. Fine with me. But when he did the job, leaving several white spots where the finish was more stubborn he vehemently tried to tell me it wasn't white. I could see it was. My husband could see it was. Guests who came later could see it was. It made us feel crazy. He came back, begrudgingly and tried again, but still did not get the white off. Finally he used colorant over the white, but it was black, leaving the floor just as messed up as if it were white areas. I have attached photos of the white and black grout that he left me with, each time considering the job done. He did a terrible job but worse... he was so rude about it.

One followed up via text but once I started asking questions about insurance he stopped responding. The other never responded after receiving the video, so I was going to go with Thomas. I saw the recent one star review that was posted and I was concerned. I know things can go wrong with a job, but it's how a company responds to issues that tells me whether I should go with them. The review definitely gave me pause, but there were other good reviews for Thomas and his crew so I set up a time for him to come and do the work. To make sure there would be no unpleasant surprises, I asked clarifying questions about the work, his insurance, and his satisfaction guarantee. He answered everything I asked. On the day before the job was to start, we confirmed the time and he and his crew showed up on the dot. They hand scraped the tiles and reapplied the grout. I appreciated that they did not use chemicals. The reason why I gave four stars instead of five is because I specifically asked Thomas if we should start to drain the pool so they could work on the tile when they got here. He told me they would handle it. The draining process was going slow and his guys couldn't do anything until the level of the pool water was below the tile. Thomas finally suggested getting a sump pump to make the pool drain faster, but he had to drive a distance to get one. As a result, his workers were waiting around until he got back. I wish he would have come prepared with the sump pump, especially since I had asked about draining the pool beforehand. His workers did a good job, but the next day we saw that there was still some white staining on a couple of tiles that got missed so I texted Thomas. He said he would come the next day to check it out. He came and took care of it himself and then had us look everything over to make sure we were satisfied. We were.

They even worked with me and the manufacturer to get extra discounts since I would need to redo the kitchen as well to match the latest LVP version. They finished the job (~1900 sqft) in just about 4 days and they even helped move many items including disassembling my master bed, at no additional cost! The team is super respectful, and the attention to detail (while not perfect) far exceeds what I would expect given their competitive price point. I am also really impressed with Mark's responsiveness over text, providing updates and responding to concerns - including after hours! His and his team's level of customer service, again, is really top tier. For example, when his team accidentally broke a couple of ethernet cables, he offered to deduct the cost from the bill right away. And at the end of the job, he encouraged me to compile a punch list of any issues that needed to be addressed in a return visit, which should happen very soon. Despite pretty much all of the work being finished - he has not asked for the 2nd half follow up payment yet - not until they complete the punch list at the followup visit. I started with Chris at the store to present the project and he made suggestions for makers and brands to best match the Brazilian Cherry we had downstairs. Patrick was up next with onsite inspection, measurements, and bringing over samples. A complementary (and upgraded) product was chosen and install timeline was set. Javier and Kiko were next on the scene and took only 5 days to demo carpet, prep and level subfloor, and install flooring and baseboards in 4 bedrooms and a hallway. Patrick came by a couple times to check on progress and made a great suggestion to add additional underlayment. That - combined with their tried and proven method of gluing and nailing down the floor - made for the most solid-feeling hardware floor installation I've ever encountered. I'm a pretty picky customer, so when I tell you their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and finish skills are top notch - believe it. Prices and labor these days are pretty much standard all around. But if you receive this level of workmanship and flawless results, you sleep better knowing you made the right decision. Can't say enough about my experience with Fleury's. 10/10
