Lucky 9th reviewer right here! (07-19-21) After countless picking of what kind, color and style of backsplash should I get for my mini kitchen- I have finally picked the "one" that I liked the most! It was Giorbello Glass Tiles- baby blue. And now, my problem is: "who will be the installer that stands out from the rest?" I searched through Yelp and contacted several tile installers and none can be compared to Juan of Leon Tile Solutions! He is absolutely the best of the best! His communication skills are excellent via text or call. His pricing is fair with the kind of job that he will provide to you. He is very humble, a wonderful guy with great sense of humor! Came on time, exactly 8:30am, started the job full of energy as he laid down his floor protectors, getting all his tools ready. He worked as if he is just playing puzzle pieces of subway tiles! His expertise with tiles is just phenomenal and blew me away after I see the final result! It's a very detailed work of art and I am so glad that I chose him to install my glass tiles- which can be difficult when it comes to cutting! Hey, I am no pro to any of this but to see how he works and his passion of creating this masterpiece has come to life is just amazing! He worked very clean, neat, top of the line service! I had the great opportunity to work with Leon Tile on our second project with them. About 5 years ago I was referred to Leon Tile (Juan - the owner) by my realtor that was assisting with selling a rental property. I was impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail with every aspect of the the job.. Forward to 5 years later and it was time to remodel my kitchen. We knew we were going to install tile and I knew who to call.. I reached out to Juan at the start of the kitchen demo to have him put us on his calendar. We communicated with Juan and he came out to measure twice to ensure we had the supplies to do the job (supply chain delays). Finally the day came to start the tile work. Juan showed up on time each day and worked an entire week to complete the job. Some of the tile was glass which requires multiple cuts and more precision. He cleaned up the site everyday and took all waste away. Juan finished the job on time with no unexpected surprises. I highly recommend Juan for any of your tile work! Juan is a talented artist with tile as his medium! Juan was recommended to us by Maya at Stone Creek Tile and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result of his fine craftsmanship. We learned much from this experience - always consult your installer before choosing your tile and the amount required to finish the job. Glass pennyround tiles require time and skill to install and we miscaculated the number of sheets, so Juan had to return after ordering more tile to finish the installation. Throughout the project, Juan was nothing but gracious, professional and Covid-19 precautious. We feel he went above and beyond since he visited our home on Thanksgiving morning to assess the project and completed the backsplash on December 26th - all while being perfectly on time during the holiday season.
