After leaving me on hold for a couple minutes, she got back on the line and asked again what I was looking for, while I was explaining that I was looking for a special edition ruger (RG is listed as a retailer), she hung up on me. But sometimes I don't know what I want, and it helps to see inventory in person. This store does carry a variety of toys, lingerie and novelty items-just what I was hoping. When I visited recently, I was greeted, but not offered assistance. The lady at the counter was having a conversation with a friend-I could tell she was fun and I'd love to talk to her, but didn't want to interrupt. When we went to the counter with our purchase, the friend left and the woman started chatting with us. She was cheerful and friendly and seemed to appreciate the business. If she had offered assistance when we got there, we likely would have bought more. There were a few items we were looking at and would have liked to understand how they worked, etc. But we didn't want to interrupt her, so bought just the one item. The shoe selection here is fabulous! There were several pair that I loved-they were relatively conservative for a store like this. They had a variety of diamonds and stones to choose from. From lab grown to natural, they had many cuts and sizes available! Even wedding bands for both they had quite a few options; From more flash bands, to more minimalist bands, and a fine balance of bands in between both in gold and silver. The quality of their diamonds and bands are exceptional and their warranties are a nice plus! They will resize your bands for a lifetimes and if any diamonds fall out they replace it at no extra cost!
