Its now been a month. We have called them many times, and each time they say they'll find out more and call us back, but never call back. I don't mind so much the time that it has taken, Its annoying, but I could get over it. What I can't get over is the poor customer service. Rings are expensive, and I expect to be taken care of when ordering from somewhere instead of being blown off. Because of the experience we are now going to return the ring once its done, and order somewhere else. I do not want to have to deal with Zales once I need my ring cleaned or if it ever needs to be resized again.

I was reminded that I had extended warranty on my ring, which I'm very thankful for. The service rep was extremely pleasant and helpful. The stone was replaced quickly and I also got an appraisal on it for a low price (in my opinion). I highly recommend Jareds and when you do purchase something that is expensive there, make sure to get the extended warranty. It is well worth it!
