Once he finally decided on something, we quickly got the details worked out, paid for the ring and received it 4 weeks later as expected. The ring was stunning, except for the fact that it had the wrong stones! We specified black diamonds and rubies, but instead received blue and orange stones. I immediately contacted Wade and he responded promptly, saying that they would make the correct ring and to hold onto the wrong one until we received the new one. Two months later and we hadn't heard a thing nor received the ring. My husband emailed, no response after over a week. He called and talked to Wade who didn't remember the order, not an issue as I'm sure they have a lot of clients and you can't remember everyone. But we still heard nothing even after he said he'd look into it. I finally emailed again and got a response saying they switched stone setters and the ring should be started shortly. Another month and we finally received the correct ring! My husband loves it; I just wish it had been made correctly the first time, and that it didn't take so long to get a second one done with the correct stones.

Until she pointed out it was a 10k chain and he actually did check it and apologized after. It was super unprofessional of them to do that. He confused it with a 18k chain. I've been here twice and the first time, the pawn broker wouldn't stay open 10 minutes before the closing time and just flat out denied me because I had to go home and get my renewed paper license. I get that it's his call on when to close but the excuse he gave was that it would take him 30-40 minutes to get me into the system and anyone who's ever been to a pawn shop knows that that's blatantly false. I just went today for the second time, I thought maybe last time was a fluke. So I show up, present my items and he gives me a quote on only 1 thing and that was $4. He was going to ring it up but I asked for it back because I needed to groceries by today and I would've liked to get ride of the other 3 things I had instead of going all over town. I asked for it back and he straight up accused me of "talking at/looking at [him] like [he's] an a**hole" simply because I asked for the item back and told him why. I still have zero idea why he thought or said that. I was disappointed and looked him in the eye and said that I didn't mean anything by that, I was only disappointed because I would've had to go to another city to try pawning there and I was more or less out of gas. it was just a big inconvenience at that specific moment but I absolutely said nothing bad or negative to him. We briefly talked about it and he backed off after which I packed my things and amicably split from him. I googled a pawn shop closer than his referral to go to another city and luckily it was still open so I went in, sold my all my stuff and got about 100 dollars in the span of 10 minutes. I've been to a few different shops here and there and VIP was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a pawn shop. I was reticent to write any sort of review the first time because maybe it just wasn't a good day but the service person (tall, big guy, shave head with a beard) confirmed himself to be a run of the mill jerk. I'll never go back there nor will I recommend it to anyone. Just a weirdly random aggressive interaction from that dude. I don't act any differentLu at any other pawn shop or business and I did try to take that into thought after I easily sold my stuff at the second store so I'm confident that I wasn't trying to do anything. Also the other pawn shop told me that he doesn't have a good reputation with customers.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience of buying my wedding dress here, especially…read moreconsidering the cost. This situation has been eating me alive since I left the shop with my dress! I spent around $5,000 on the dress (not including additional fees for expedited shipping), and unfortunately, the final product looked NOTHING like what I originally ordered. Didn't fit me at all. I had been under the impression the entire first appointment that this dress would fit perfectly and was being made to my size, and would need very minimal adjustments. Then I was informed later by Tatum herself that they ordered dresses in "a standard size". We requested a very small neckline adjustment (about 0.5-1 inch higher), but when the dress arrived, the entire top portion had not been extended up it had been moved up. This has left the cups 1 inch above where my boobs actually go. I'm having to wear silicone boobs to fill in that area because of how much baggy it looks on the breasts. The whole dress was a complete disaster. There was a part of the dress that was sewn in incorrectly, and my seamstress had to take apart the whole skirt and re-sew it on in order for it to look normal. I had to spend an additional $600 with a seamstress just to make the dress wearable, and even after those alterations, I'm still not fully satisfied with how it turned out. Which is really disappointing because this dress should be everything and more, especially for the price. I reached out to Tatum respectfully explaining my concerns, but the response I received felt very impersonal and dismissive. It seemed more focused on closing the issue than actually addressing what went wrong or acknowledging the situation. It felt like she was taking all of the things I had said very personally, which is not a good look on a company if you get emotional about someone emailing you about some concerns. Not to mention that when she responds to emails and bad reviews, she uses ChatGPT. For such an important purchase, I expected significantly better quality, communication, and accountability. If I could go back in time, I would NOT come here! Yes, it seems like a very nice dress place but behind the scenes it's not.
