Wow! I called A-1 at 9am because I knew I had a couple of blocked downspouts, and more rain is on the way! They said they could send someone over by 1pm, and their man arrived at 11am! Within one hour, he had cleared two plugged downspouts, and cleaned out my gutters in the front of the house (two stories up)! Then...he cleaned up everything that he touched, and he did it so well that there was no evidence of his being there. All in less than an hour! So we're happy campers now, knowing that the rain will now flow down the pipes rather than cascade over the eaves! I highly recommend these folks and their Great service! read more

We were very happy with A-1's work. Arranging for an estimate and scheduling the appointment was prompt and easy. They worked within our time constraints. Good communication via phone and email. The cleaners arrived on-time and did a great job cleaning all 19 windows and screens at our home. The removed window coverings as necessary and cleaned and replaced all the screens, plus, they locked all the windows when they were done. The work was scheduled on short notice which was very helpful. Price was fine. Work quality was excellent and more. Worker threw in a little extra at no cost as his own idea as he said our garden room roof would benefit from his blower that he had not had a chance to use on the job. Windows had not been cleaned in 10 years. Had water stain from inside water feature in places. Garden room is aluminum material and he cleaned supports and inside metal ceiling really good. That was the first metal cleaning in 30 years. Had to work around water feature outside to get to bottom of windows and that was hard. Worker came on time. He was a nice person to deal with. Recently had A1 come out to troubleshoot a leak and do gutter and downspout cleaning. Osa in estimates and scheduling was very professional and kept in constant contact to find the best time to do the job. Edwin let me know when he arrived, and was very polite as he listened to my concerns about the leaky gutter. I had to leave before the job was complete, so I never got a chance to talk to him after. No worries, as on my invoice it was detailed that there had been a clogged downspout. They cleared it, caulked it, and did the cleaning on the rest of the house. The estimate I received was the same as the invoice I received for the job. I liked how this company was responsive, did a thorough job, and very reasonable. This company is A+! First, the window washer, Eddie arrived early and went to work right away. I looked up from my computer and there he was washing my windows. It took about 6 hours to complete about 20 windows, 4 skylights, one big panel window and two panel doors. AND all of the screens! He did a meticulous job inside and out! I was unable to be home at the start of service and as I drove up to my house I could see how clean my windows were from down the street. The guys were quick, efficient and left my windows spotless. I live on property with a dirt horse pasture in front so my windows get really dirty. They cleaned my screens and windows so thoroughly that you'd never know just how filthy they were. They also cleaned my porch which also gets a lot of dirt from the property and they did a remarkable job. They moved the furniture and BBQ to clean behind and around them and also cleaned off the furniture that was on the porch. I will be using them again. read more

This is our second time working with them and each time the estiamtes were fair, the workmanship was amazing and the workers who come out are not only very nice and communicative but also super professional. Our 4 story office building recently had the roof replaced but the roofers were unable to reach the drainage spouts to properly seal them. So we called A1 and while they washed the windows, they also sealed the drainage pipes. So convenient. This was our first time having the building power washed and it looks great. These guys are awesome. Ivan came out, cleaned the gutters on a Saturday morning. The cost was supposed to be $160 for the cleaning, and for any incidentally clogged drainpipes they would charge an extra $25 for each 2 that they would need to disassemble and clean out. Although I did not see him disassemble 2 drains, the charge was $185 on my invoice so I paid him anyway. Then about 2 weeks later during the next rainfall, I noticed that the front gutters that were visible from my upstairs window had a bunch of needles and leaves that were apparently overlooked and the gutters started to fill with water. They sent a tech back out while I was away and took care of the problem for me. Because they stand by their professional service and guarantee my satisfaction, they get 5 stars for being a class act. We used A-1 to have our metal mini-blinds cleaned. Rene arrived promptly, got right to work and did a wonderful job. This company removes the blinds for you, cleans them by hand with a brush, rehangs and dries them. Our blinds are old, but they came out looking fine. We have very high windows and it's difficult to do an efficient job of cleaning with a vacuum; they really need to be washed in this manner to do a good job.
