These guys definitely live up to their 5-star Yelp reviews. Ivan is a careful worker who inspected his job from inside after he was done to make sure he didn't miss a spot. He was very amenable to my little requests or concerns. I can't see going back to washing the windows myself again! read more

These guys are great. I live in a large home with lots of windows and it's on a hillside. The price for the work was good and the work was great. I can't believe what these guys can do with a ladder. They're quick and friendly as to boot. I highly recommend them. read more

Wow! I called A-1 at 9am because I knew I had a couple of blocked downspouts, and more rain is on the way! They said they could send someone over by 1pm, and their man arrived at 11am! Within one hour, he had cleared two plugged downspouts, and cleaned out my gutters in the front of the house (two stories up)! Then...he cleaned up everything that he touched, and he did it so well that there was no evidence of his being there. All in less than an hour! So we're happy campers now, knowing that the rain will now flow down the pipes rather than cascade over the eaves! I highly recommend these folks and their Great service! read more

We were very happy with A-1's work. Arranging for an estimate and scheduling the appointment was prompt and easy. They worked within our time constraints. Good communication via phone and email. The cleaners arrived on-time and did a great job cleaning all 19 windows and screens at our home. The removed window coverings as necessary and cleaned and replaced all the screens, plus, they locked all the windows when they were done. We really like the fact that they wore booties over their feet to ensure they didn't track dirt into the house. They charged a fair price and did great work. read more

The work was scheduled on short notice which was very helpful. Price was fine. Work quality was excellent and more. Worker threw in a little extra at no cost as his own idea as he said our garden room roof would benefit from his blower that he had not had a chance to use on the job. Windows had not been cleaned in 10 years. Had water stain from inside water feature in places. Garden room is aluminum material and he cleaned supports and inside metal ceiling really good. That was the first metal cleaning in 30 years. Had to work around water feature outside to get to bottom of windows and that was hard. Worker came on time. He was a nice person to deal with. Owner is a nice person to deal with and professional. Office was professional. There were no hidden extra costs. Robert Wilkinson read more

I've used this service several times and the quality and speed is very good every time. Having professionals do the work makes a difference!

A-! Window Blind and Gutter Cleaning does my home and my office each year. They are super professional. A complete pleasure to do business with. read more

There is nothing to compare with clean windows! These are the people to provide them. No muss, no fuss, excellent & quick, cleanest windows possible inside and out. Tarpoff & Talbert Residential Real Estate read more

A-1 The Clear Choice came to my office and in 2 hours did an extraordinary job inside & out on our windows! The added challenge of being 30 feet up on the 2nd floor has deterred other window cleaning companies in the past from really doing a thorough job. A-1 employees tackled the ladder and windows with genuine skill & talent. I've used several window cleaning services in the Bay Area & A-1 tops the list!! Prices are comparable and reasonable too! They will take care of my home now too, thank you A-1! read more

This company is A+! First, the window washer, Eddie arrived early and went to work right away. I looked up from my computer and there he was washing my windows. It took about 6 hours to complete about 20 windows, 4 skylights, one big panel window and two panel doors. AND all of the screens! He did a meticulous job inside and out! We will definitely use them again! Enjoying our bay views! read more

Fabulous! My windows are very high and difficult to reach, but they were cleaned spotlessly without disruption of furniture. Excellent job.

We recently used A-1 for our windows. We had only a week of wiggle room until lots of company would arrive. Since we have a great view we were anxious to get the windows cleaned. A-1 went out of their way to help us get a quote, Stuart was prompt very friendly. Wow! They did an amazing job. Very professional friendly and efficient. We even had the gutters cleaned. Very reasonably priced. Two weeks later our windows still are glistening. We are so happy to have found a truly great reliable window service. read more

Life-changing. That is all I have to say about what it meant to have the windows of our 1930s San Francisco flat cleaned, inside and out, in under 3 hours, by Rafael and Edwin, who were kind, communicative, thorough. They were like window ninjas. I swear we now get 25% more light in our house. I will DEFINITELY be hiring these folks again. So worth the spend. read more

What an amazing company. Very reliable and hard working. I will always use them for my yearly service of gutters. They also installed gutter guards which look and work amazing. So happy to find them on Yelp and thank you for being honest. read more

I am very happy with the window and gutter cleaning service from A-1. They arrived a little early as requested, they were very professional, and did a great job. I would recommend :) read more

Rene and Oscar were fantastic! Pleasant to have in my home, professional, thorough and efficient. I was holding off on having this service done because it's a bit of an investment and I felt like I should be more DIY about the chore. No longer. They did a great job. Now all my windows (and screens) are now sparkling clean! It made such a huge difference. Their work was well worth the price. I've done my own windows before but on my my two-story house it's quite an arduous and time-consuming task. Rene and Oscar did a far better job than I would have! I will be a return customer for sure. read more

I had my gutters cleaned and they did a great job. The downspouts were cleaned out very well, and the yard was not left messy. The price was also reasonable. read more

The service was great... The guy who came worked incredibly hard cleaning my gutters, and they were filled with debris from a lot of trees! A great price for a job well done--less than I had paid previously and better, more detailed work! I will definitely use their services every year! thanks A-1. I highly recommend them for gutter work. read more

I was unable to be home at the start of service and as I drove up to my house I could see how clean my windows were from down the street. The guys were quick, efficient and left my windows spotless. I live on property with a dirt horse pasture in front so my windows get really dirty. They cleaned my screens and windows so thoroughly that you'd never know just how filthy they were. They also cleaned my porch which also gets a lot of dirt from the property and they did a remarkable job. They moved the furniture and BBQ to clean behind and around them and also cleaned off the furniture that was on the porch. I will be using them again. read more

This is the second time I've used A1 for gutter cleaning, and Rene is great!!! Friendly, great prices and fast service. I will only give my business to A1. It's the rainy season now and I expected to wait at least a week for an appointment, but they were so good about getting me in fast. I love using local businesses and this is one I definitely recommend. 5 stars plus bonus star!! read more

Recently had A1 come out to troubleshoot a leak and do gutter and downspout cleaning. Osa in estimates and scheduling was very professional and kept in constant contact to find the best time to do the job. Edwin let me know when he arrived, and was very polite as he listened to my concerns about the leaky gutter. I had to leave before the job was complete, so I never got a chance to talk to him after. No worries, as on my invoice it was detailed that there had been a clogged downspout. They cleared it, caulked it, and did the cleaning on the rest of the house. The estimate I received was the same as the invoice I received for the job. I liked how this company was responsive, did a thorough job, and very reasonable. I will be using them again, and I am currently inquiring about the window cleaning service. read more

Outstanding work cleaning all windows and gutters in our 3 level home. Team very professional, courteous and efficient. So happy to have found a great company for future window cleanings too! read more

Awesome company. This is our second time working with them and each time the estiamtes were fair, the workmanship was amazing and the workers who come out are not only very nice and communicative but also super professional. Our 4 story office building recently had the roof replaced but the roofers were unable to reach the drainage spouts to properly seal them. So we called A1 and while they washed the windows, they also sealed the drainage pipes. So convenient. This was our first time having the building power washed and it looks great. We will definitely continue to do business and we highly recommend them. read more

I hired A-1 to power wash the north side of the house, the front porch and walkway, and the back deck. Prompt, courteous and professional, they did a fabulous job. The stucco house looks like new! read more

These guys are awesome. Ivan came out, cleaned the gutters on a Saturday morning. The cost was supposed to be $160 for the cleaning, and for any incidentally clogged drainpipes they would charge an extra $25 for each 2 that they would need to disassemble and clean out. Although I did not see him disassemble 2 drains, the charge was $185 on my invoice so I paid him anyway. Then about 2 weeks later during the next rainfall, I noticed that the front gutters that were visible from my upstairs window had a bunch of needles and leaves that were apparently overlooked and the gutters started to fill with water. They sent a tech back out while I was away and took care of the problem for me. Because they stand by their professional service and guarantee my satisfaction, they get 5 stars for being a class act. I would definitely use them again. read more

I wish YELP would let us give "no stars" or "minus" stars. Extremely rude owner who does not know the meaning of customer service. Horrible work by employee, who left the windows completely dirty; tracks, window frames and screens caked up with dirt - not to mention finger prints and dirty streaks all over my literally "just" painted condo. Will never call again, BEWARE, stay away!!! read more

I've used A-1 for three years now. I have 42 windows and several skylights in my house, many hard to get to. I've found them very professional, responsive and easy to work with. I forgot to loosen the screens with this last job and they just dealt with it and figured out how to do it themselves. Love that! As a busy professional I really appreciate when people just take care of business! I would unequivocably recommend them and am 100% satisfied with their service. A++++ read more

I am more than satisfied. They were totally professional, easy to deal with. They came when they said, did a great job and the price was less than I thought it would be. If I could give 6 stars, I would. read more

They have been cleaning windows for us for years. Their guys are polite and reliable. They always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

This is the third year I have trusted A-1 to clean my windows. I have tested/tried my share of services over the years; last was Diamond Certified, but they did not come close to A-1 professionalism and quality. I have requested Rene and he not only makes the windows sparkle, but he is extremely careful while inside my home, i.e. to keep the white carpet clean or not let water drip on to surfaces. They have also cleaned my gutters...I was happy to know they supplied this service and I will never have to do that again! read more

Edwin and his team did a fantastic job clearing multiple bags full of vegetation and debris off our roof and gutters, unclogging downspouts, and cleaning up afterward (the area around the house looked even better than when they arrived!). The office staff was very helpful and thorough communicating price structure, scheduling, and description of work. Highly recommended. read more

Good people--great work. We have a large house with many windows--large, small, often difficult to reach. Rene and Eduardo were prompt, efficient, a pleasure to have in the house. We have used other outfits to clean our windows but will stick with A-1 for the duration. read more

Called A-1 based on the positive yelp reviews and glad I did. I had them do gutter cleaning and moss removal. I was told they would be here between 8-8:30AM and Rafeal was at my door step at 8 AM sharp. Very nice and polite gentlemen who made my roof look spotless. I was impressed with the customer service and timeliness all the way around and I will definately use their service again. read more

Used them for gutter service and will be a repeat customer. Scheduled me 2 weeks after I called them. Office staff is very responsive and competent. The job was done efficiently and for a great rate. read more

A BIG 5 stars for Stuart and team at A-1! Needed emergency cleaning of gutters due to heavy rains and clogged downspouts. A-1 to the rescue. Efficient, knowledgeable, reliable - A-1 all the way around. read more

We have used A-1 for cleaning the gutters on our 2 - 3 story house for several years now. Always very professional, do a great job, and clean up after the work is done. Stuart is wonderful to work with, and is always proactive in letting you know if he found other issues while doing the work. I have recommended A-1 to many of my neighbors, and have used them for window cleaning as well this year. read more

We used A-1 to have our metal mini-blinds cleaned. Rene arrived promptly, got right to work and did a wonderful job. This company removes the blinds for you, cleans them by hand with a brush, rehangs and dries them. Our blinds are old, but they came out looking fine. We have very high windows and it's difficult to do an efficient job of cleaning with a vacuum; they really need to be washed in this manner to do a good job. The price was a very good value and we will be using this company again. read more

I just had a fantastic experience working with A-1! First of all, the price they quoted for my window and gutter cleaning was very good based on my comparative shopping. Stuart, the owner, was very prompt in replying to my inquiries and getting me scheduled for a day that was convenient. On the day, Matthew, the serviceman, showed up well on schedule in the 30 min window they proposed and got right to work. He was very professional, friendly and a really nice person to interact with. The finished product are gleaming windows and me being more at ease with the looming rainy season ahead. I normally don't spend the time to write these reviews but for company of this quality, I thought that they deserve it for a job well done. No doubt I will be calling them again in the future. read more
