Since I mentioned my experience, the employee told me they heard about the situation because she brought it up to them. But didn't want to feed into the conversation so they ignored it. The storage itself is not like in photos. Very old & scary. It's next to the trolley station so I was made aware of previous break ins & fights between other clients. Would not rent here ever again. I was heavily effected by January 2024 SD rain flood in which I lost everything including 3 vehicles, 2 motorcycles, & everything inside the residence I resided at for over 14yrs. I came in and rented a box truck with a box truck rental they give you one free month to their storage facility.
