The manager came and said she didn't trust the system and suggested it was not discontinued. They both left and I waited. The manager told the receptionist to call the company to verify. No response. On July 21, I emailed again because it was now delaying progress on our construction. Valerie said the shipment was delayed until July 27. It's now Aug. 1 and I haven't heard back. As a side note, Dominion didn't have a couple of the items we had selected so I ordered them through Amazon. I had all of those items within 3 days. I'd prefer to use local businesses, but this was a mistake. As a final note, the project manager on our construction warned me not to use Dominion for precisely this reason. Sorry, Eric.
