This is a really great location. I didn't feel well so my Husband ate alone. I had our waitress Kelsey to pack my food up with my son's food for take out. My husband had ribs, broccoli, rice, side salad and fries that he didn't eat. My son had the same that we had for take out. I ordered baked shrimp and cod fish that I may eat for later. My husband said the food was really great, so I can put 5 stars up for the waitress, food and the hospitality. Worst experience here today. We parked out front in the space that had no sign. The other were clearly marked for takeout. Soon as we walked in a Middle Aged woman very snotty asked if we parked out there and I said yes. She said it's only for takeout and you can't park there. But it's the way she said it that shocked me. I replied well I'm not moving as it's not marked. She said it's clearly marked on the ground! I attached a picture of our vehicle in the spot not marked. So this miserable human sat us down. We waited a bit for a server and we're ready to order when she finally came. Food came out pretty fast. My meal sucked. It was the new shrimp tacos. I should have taken a pic as it was sad and way too much sauce. I would've complained but she never came back after we got our food. We watched her literally avoid us and go to 2 other tables near us each twice! Finally my husband said this is absolutely ridiculous and got up to tell her we just want our check! My son wanted desert but at this time we just wanted to leave. Finally she comes over and says sorry I've just been running around. I just shook my head thinking yes that's your job and you could have checked in with us 4 times like the table next to us! I was a server and I understand stuff happens but this was crazy! We were purposely ignored. I don't think I've ever left under a 20% tip in my life until today. Please Train your employees how to speak to customers without a snotty rude tone and to checkin after the meal is served. read more

We had the worst experience in a restaurant at 99 on Friday. We called ahead we had a table the restaurant was really not busy. The waitress Was pleasant and took our drink order and then Returned with the drinks. She took our order and disappeared.About 20 minutes later someone came from the kitchen and brought us salads . 10 minutes later, Someone came from the kitchen and brought my brother his dinner but disappeared before seeing if we had our dinners or asked if he needed anything.and then as soon . She did not ask my brother if they wanted anything else, salt pepper or any more drinks. We never saw the waitress again. My mother and I sat there without our dinner and I had to make great pains to flag down any person in that building to come to our table. The waitress returned and said she didn't hear that we had ordered any other food even though we were just had side salads in front of us. She asked us if we wanted her to make something then and we said no but we wanted something to drink, she turned around anyway and left. We waited more time for her to return and she never did by this time my brother finished his dinner I was so Thursday night 92-year-old mother didn't even have a glass of water. I actually had to call the front desk to ask someone to send a waitress to our table. So we did get two glasses of water. Then the waitress did show up to say that the manager was taking my brothers meal off the bill but then again turned away without clearing the plates or asking us if we wanted anything else. She brought the bill we paid and we left and the table still had all the dishes there. I tried to speak to someone at the front desk and she minimized it saying that she had a lot of parties there but they really were not. We felt Completely unwelcome there. Don't waste your time there is no concern for customer service and they allow untrained staff To wait on customers when she should have been in the kitchen probably making french fries. read more

This was my first time eating there. This restaurant was recommended to my wife and me by my sister-in-law. It was very clean and the food was delicious. The kindness and friendliness of our waitress was absolutely contagious. It, also, has a very family friendly atmosphere; can't wait to visit again. I love the 99. I've never had a bad meal. There is quite a variety of food. The wait staff always pleasant and knowledgeable.

The Liberty Plaza 99 will get the highest review from me, because it is consistently excellent. Great service, drinks, and menu. The food is cooked to order, always hot and delicious! There are so many regulars that I can hear the Cheers theme song as I walk through the door. read more

Visited on a Saturday with a party of nine for a pre Christmas get together with family. I have been wanting to try chicken pot pie for some time after many visits to various other 99 restaurants in the western mass area and finally ordered it. Pot pie was very good. It had plenty of tender chicken along with the usual pot pie ingredients mixed in. The pie was very good size, enough for two people and i might add that the crust which i think is the most important part was scrumptious. Of all the 99 locations I have been to this place is hands down the best. Great apps, salads and entries. Portion wise I'm always walking out with tomorrow's lunch. We always sit at the bar because the bar staff is friendly, professional and make a good drink. One disappointment I have is the very limited selection of beer on tap. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. After several disappointing visits at the Memorial Drive Chicopee, Ma. Location we decided to try the NinetyNine on Liberty Street in Springfield. We have been very pleased with each visit ! We know all the wait staff from going so much and everything has been very good until tonight!): After a long exhausting day at work I decided to. Stop at The 99 liberty street spfld. For dinner. I was starving since I hadn't eaten all day! I ordered something differant then what I normally get . I had ordered the salmon because I had it a few days ago at 99 in Westspringfield and it was awesome!! Well it came out and it looked terrible!! I took a bite and it was so dried out it tasted like it was microwaved !! So I returned it for what I always get something I can't go wrong with. After waiting and waiting and waiting sipping on my wine while I wait out comes my lobster roll! OMG ! It was a joke! Honestly a joke! I should have taken a picture! Awful! 3 tiny prices of lobster meat in a pretty empty hotdog roll! Meanwhile the next table gets a lobster roll that looks like its supposed to look! Loaded with lobster meat' I was so upset! Meanwhile the Mgr. who is the WORST Mgr. ever!!! Comes over and tells me the State Law says I have to pay for my wine but I don't have to pay for my food!! Well no kidding!!! I didn't eat any of it!!! Awful !! Never ever again! I'm done with 99! This Mgr. used to be at Memorial drive Chicopee location . They moved him to Springfield .
