I was having difficulty getting my computer to turn on when it had been working (seemingly) perfectly the day before. After contacting for a quote, I promptly received a response from Vladimir, who worked with me first over the phone to get an idea of what might be going on, before giving me a very thorough breakdown of cost and general summary of what to expect. We agreed on a time and place to meet up and after a quick and easy handoff, later that same day, he let me know exactly what was going on and let me know how long it would take for that part to arrive. Communication was excellent and he was able to get my PC back up and running a full day sooner than expected. A fairly painless process and great work! Couldn't be happier! read more

Really happy with the service. These guys are no nonsense, they don't waste time with chit chat and they don't upsell you on things you don't need. If your existing computer is fine, they're going to tell you, not waste time and money. Had used them back in 2013 and was happy with their work but totally forgot about them. In the last year or so, have had problems with back ups, network set up, etc., finally got ahold of these guys again and very happy we did. read more

Vlad helped to fix and upgrade my son's PC that he uses for gaming as well as remote learning now in the time of Covid. We initially called Vlad and PC Help to assess the issues my son was having over the phone and Vlad offered several solutions (with lots of patience and taking the time to listen..) that could be executed for free without talking about fees or up selling. After some of these fixes helped, but we were pretty sure that there were bigger issues with the way that my son set up his pc, so we called Vlad again and in a day/maybe that was even same day, he offered to look at the pc and proposed a go forward plan. He was super communicative as to the options in front of us and gave me choices on the short or long-term fix...exactly what I needed. I feel 100% confident of the work that Vlad did and the service he offered...I am a customer for life. He shows pride and diligence in his work product! read more

Vlad and 911 PC Help team were great in helping us in an emergency getting our Security Camera system up and running after a burglary. Their IT skills are great and response time is amazing. read more

Great service during covid when my computer seemed to have caught the virus. He was always in touch and managed to do door-to- door pickup. He was honest with the diagnosis and helped as much as he could with a bricked laptop. Will go to again in future. read more

Vladimir helped out in a pinch and turned around the repairs quickly. The work was done in less than an hour and since we're in lockdown now we were able to do the handoffs quickly in his office parking lot. read more

Computer at work crashed. Looked like I'd have to buy a new one, and was afraid I'd lose the info on the current one. I called them because of their stellar Yelp rating, and they answered right away. Lucas came to the rescue. I dropped the computer off at their office - he diagnosed and fixed the issue within a day. Very reasonably priced, and very responsive. Also met Vladimir the owner - nice guy. If I can get my company to hire these guys on retainer, I will. read more

For some reason I've always had major issues with computers. Don't ask why! When I asked Vlad to help me out and take a look at my defunct computer he not only took a look at it, but made a free back-up CD for me with all my photos and documents! He did it right away too. After he looked at it, I realized I could send it back to the manufacturer for free and get a new hard drive, or whatever was wrong with it. I've worked with 911PC HELP in a professional setting as well and they do a great job. I highly recommend them if you have issues with your PC whether it be at work or home! read more

My hard drive crashed on Monday. I called Vlad and he offered to repair it the same day but I declined because I was certain I could "DIY." I called the computer manufacturer, Microsoft, and Norton (backup restore). They were all useless. On Friday, I surrendered and called Vlad again. Several hours later Raphael came to my house and literally had me up and running in 45 minutes. The price for an hour was waaay less than what I would be willing to pay to get my data back. While we waited for the computer to restore itself, he cleaned the fans and internals as well as looked at a couple other computers I have. These guys will ABSOLUTELY be my first call next time and, there's always a next time. read more

I had problem with audio inside my notebook, and they helped me to fix the issues. They are patient and quickly answered to my questions.

These guys are amazing! I was in the middle of a work project when my laptop decided to take a....well, you know. Since I go to school here in the financial district I had seen the signs and a few flyers for these guys and remembered how fast some of the other students said they were. I went over to their office (inside the Hilton garage) and spoke with Luther. He was actually able to fix the issue...a freakin virus which caused a few other issues...within an hour. He even gave me a student discount and installed some added protection free of charge. Super nice guy and very fast service for a reasonable price.....can't go wrong. Thanks Luther!!! read more

911 PC Help, the name is so appropriate, when something goes wrong with my computer they are first responders, quickly responding to a call for help. Working with Vlad and his team for many years, in large office environments as well as for my accounting practice from my home office, brings such piece of mind because whatever goes wrong I know help is on the way. Most recently with the Shelter In Place order, when I needed help to get my VPN connections set up to work remotely, their response was immediate, I was up and running, able to work. I have considered myself lucky to have their IT support. I often brag to others about my great tech help, and how their help takes the stress out of having technical issues resolved. Don't hesitate, call 911 PC Help, you will be happy you did, they are the best. read more

A dear friend of mine recommended 911 PC Help to me and did not disappoint. I checked Yelp before I went...just to be sure that it was worth me trekking from the east bay to the city on BART. I noticed that while they only had 20 something reviews, most of them mentioned how awesome their speedy service was....and they were right on. After taking my hella old HP laptop in, they were able to not only fix the issue within the hour but they also ran a free diagnostic check and updated my virus protection. Pretty cool...glad I made that BART ride in. I will definitely recommend these guys to my friends. read more

I don't usually write reviews but the service here was so good that I had to for these guys. My Mac crashed and Apple was no help at all. I called these guys and they were able to solve the problem same day....they even had a pick up drop off service which really helped due to my busy work schedule. Thanks to Luther and Vladimir for the excellent and speedy customer service. read more

I just wanted to send a quick shout out to the gentlemen at 911. Thanks guys....I greatly appreciate you staying late for me and repairing my laptop so quickly....and I thank you for not attempting to sell me items that I didn't need. Keep doing what you do and I'll be a lifelong patron. read more

I first contacted 911 PC Help the way I suspect most new clients reach them: in a panic with an apparently moribund computer. (Part of that panic comprised contemplating "customer service" - invariably appalling - at a big computer store.) Vladimir was great. Though it was after "regular" business hours he actually answered the phone, set up an immediate evening appointment to put me out of my misery about whether my data was retrievable, and reassured me about my options. That alone was a pleasant surprise. Even better? He recovered all my data, and I was back in business at once - and at an extremely reasonable price. Best of all? Peace of mind: Not only did I use 911 PC Help to upgrade my system as well as finally establish all those "best practice" data back-up protocols I'd been meaning to implement, I have an ongoing IT consulting source. It's been a pleasure to discover a service that not only delivers technical expertise but that also takes into account the frame of mind most of us are in when we need sudden computer troubleshooting. And as a small business owner who has exacting standards for my own business, and who has obtained work solely via word-of-mouth referrals for over two decades, I enjoy being able to recommend Vladimir to my friends and colleagues, several of whom have since used his services and have had similar great experiences. P. S. Their website offers useful tips on such obvious-to-anyone-in-the-industry-but-not-so-much-to-those-outside issues as data recovery and upgrading. read more

Many thanks to Vlad for his return phone call to me and quick diagnosis. I ran through my battery issue, and he kindly talked through my options (without a trip to his shop). Very helpful. read more

Amazing service! Fair price for their services. Originally went to bestbuy to diagnose a problem with my computer, but they couldnt tell me what the issue was. Spent about 25mins for them to direct me to a third party service, but i refused it. Got recommended by my local friends to this shop. Took me a while to find this place, but the service here paid off. I would recommend this place to anyone that isnt looking for a brand name electronic repair shop. Quick, swift and efficient, will come back here anytime. read more

My HP laptop crashed after I dropped it and then erased everything during one of the blue screens of death. So, all that could be done was to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. PC Help was close by, had good reviews and there was a Yelp deal. They fixed overnight, took a little while, but they restored as much as they could and were very forthright about everything. Not much charisma or ambiance (it's located in the parking garage of the Sheraton - no joke) but I would definitely recommend. read more

Vlad was amazing! Fast, knowledgeable, and so responsive. His rates are more than reasonable given his expertise. I'm in IT and have built computers before and couldn't resolve my problem, but he got it right away. He keeps you in the loop all the way and explains your options clearly. He has no interest in making an extra buck from you, just fixing things in the best possible way. read more

I discovered 911PC Help under severe stress when my PC suddenly died without warning, a few years ago. Their response time was remarkable, and they resurrected my PC and restored all the data. I thought it was a miracle. Then they helped me set up a better backup plan to make the next time easier. I've since used them as my IT department for advice on hardware and software, and they just recently helped me set up a new computer system, upgrading hardware and software. It was up and running before I could blink. They are fast, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and capable of explaining tech stuff to the layperson. Not only that, they are calm in the face of panicked users. read more

I'll keep this short and sweet. I've referred a few friends here for a several reasons a few of which are simple: Excellent Customer Service, Extremely Fair Prices and a Strong Sense of Urgency when it came to getting my desktop good as new and back to me. I'm a fair guy and I like dealing with fair people who know what the hell they're talking about and dont give me a bunch of mumbo jumbo when I ask a question. I appreciate the job well done guys...much thanks. read more

My new computer was a mess. I called 911 PC Help late morning on a Friday. I left a message and Vladimir called me within 30 minutes. I explained what was going on and was told they could help. Vladimir gave me three options. A service rep could work with me over the phone, a service rep could come to my house, or I could bring the computer to their site. I opted to bring it in at 2pm and it was fixed and ready for me by 3:30pm. The computer is working as designed now. I mentioned the Yelp deal and the service price was discounted $25 without issue. Very satisfied. read more

911 PC Help is open on most major holidays. Big plus in the financial district!

very good service. I appreciate their extra advice and experience.

I have been using Vlad and the team at 911 PC Help for over 10 years. They have always delivered extremely fast, reliable and reasonably priced service - and they will go above and beyond the call of duty to help you out of an emergency (as they did just yesterday when my outlook became corrupted). Also, as one of the other reviewers commented, they are a good source of hardware. They regularly track manufacturer specials and were able to beat all of the prices that I could find for my last Dell desktop. How many IT consultants can you immediately get on the phone, with same hour/day service, and who will work after hours to get the job done? 911 PC Help. read more

Great customer service! There's a reason they have so many 5 star reviews. My laptop was in need of some body work. I called and talked to Raphael and he said to bring it down and he'd check it out. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Not only did he check it out, he got right online and started looking for the needed and hard to find parts. Still haven't found the parts - got a few feelers out - but when I do I'm taking the laptop back to do the repair. I sent him a follow up email later in the day and he responded back within an hour!
