It so happened that this place had an ad posted in craiglist that they buy used cellphones. Before I headed to the place, I emailed them asking if they could give me an estimate as to how much they would give me for my old phone. I'm not asking for much mind you. I got the phone for about 300$ 2 years ago. I was only trying to get about 40$ tops for it. They emailed me back, the reply was: "Just take the phone in and name your price". Now, if you received the same reply, you'd probably think the same way I did - that I would get it for the price I was hoping for. So, I drive 50 miles to this place, feeling good about getting rid of my old phone and getting a decent price off it, when I get to the place, tell them what I was there for and they tell me they can only give me 5-10$ for it, regardless of what phone it was. Naturally, I got so pissed off, showed them the email they replied me with and told them that it would have helped if they included that tiny detail about not buying the phone for over 10$ regardless of what phone it was before I made the trip to their place. I tried to argue but ultimately, I had to leave because these idiots won't buy it at the price I wanted. Anyway, such a horrible experience warrants 0 stars. After being totally blown off by another highly rated computer repair service here on Yelp (business 101, return your customers calls!), I contacted CSI. They got back to me immediately and we scheduled a pick up date. That's right, they drive to your location anywhere in SF and pick up your computer, couldn't be easier. The guys came to my door in their uniforms and were very professional and friendly. My computer was cleaned of viruses and dropped off to me at my office within a few days. It's running much faster now. I also asked the guys to take a look at some devices that weren't syncing, and they even threw in a new cord since that was the issue with one of them.
