I would not recommend this company. He works separately from his work space that wrote on yelp. He said a lot words that he can do best than other companies, and he mentioned a lot they can recovery data high rate. However, he failed to recovery the data. I spent 98dollars for diagnostic fee and over 300 dollars to buy a donor drive for them. I requested them to record proving video that they really replace my drive or not, but they just gave me diagnostic result that was just few texts. I really need to recovery my data. I only used it only 6 months and it died. He told me a lot sweet words to use his service. Hope people watch out from his sweet words and face reviews. read more

Jean-Pierre assisted me with what turned out to be scammers having access to my computer cause I gave it to them. I didn't know they were scammers. I had an issue with a software that I use for crafts. I had to uninstall it and then reinstall it. That's when the fun began. Jean-Pierre remotely accessed my computer, I watched the whole time. Francois is a real gem. I've hired several IT professionals to work on my computers over the years, but he is the first one I've hired who I felt really knew what he was doing without any hesitation. My computer was running extremely slow and he helped me over the phone the day that I called him. The next day, he came out to my house and did more work on my computer, including checking for viruses and spyware, installing Adblock, and recommending a hard drive to order from Amazon to improve my computer's performance. I am VERY happy we found this place! My nephew spilled almost a whole Bottle of Gatorade on my laptop. (Mac Book Air) my laptop would not turn on so I was almost sure that I would have to get a brand new laptop! With the last bit of hope I brought it here... and I am so glad I did! My experience with Francois was great. To me, my request of service was very different. I run a Photobooth business and my machine failed on me while onsite. :( I was afraid that my device would be too intricate to fix or, if possible, was going to be very costly. I found Francois when I spilled liquid on my MacBook late at night and he was willing to take it in that night! Not only did he immediately start working on it that night to minimize the damage, but he was super responsive the whole time. I don't think I ever waited more than 20 minutes for a response to a question. He sent pictures when I asked, was always upfront about whatever problems there were and the individual costs, and kept me updated on his progress. When my MacBook was back up and running but still had some keyboard/trackpad problems, he even went in and emailed me some files I needed for work. I contacted Francois via Yelp as I needed to help improve the speeds on my home network. He replied promptly and we arranged for him to come to my house and help fine tune / troubleshoot my settings. He came over, and an hour later my speeds were 5-6x what they were before he showed up! I'm sure if I was a computer geek and had a lot of time on my hands I could have fixed the issues on my own. But his charge to do a site visit (he can also help remotely) is very reasonable and with a 1yr old running around the house, I just don't have the time and energy to invest in such things.
