Whenever I have an idea for a new project, she always asks the right questions, to help keep me focused on the intent behind a particular marketing piece, or the idea I'm looking to convey with the campaign. Many designers will just take your content and make it look pretty, but Alisa always reads my marketing pieces and I can tell she thinks holistically about my business identity when designing.
