If it's working great, but if you dispute something you get the run around. I'm out $485 worth of service and now I understand it was turned off, so I paid for the service for the whole month of September but now my patients are not getting their reminders. Don't use this company if you are planning to make changes they will not work with you or understand your position on things. read more

We run a web shop out of Sausalito, CA, and Rooster hosts our development environment, as well as many of our client's websites. We have been able to seamlessly integrate Rooster services with our website development process, and it is incredible having a hosting partner that understands the development cycle, the importance of keeping clients happy, and how critical it is to be very clear with requirements. Rooster is very efficient in their response time to our requests, and are great about offering suggestions for efficiency. Their servers are fast, and having experienced many not great hosting providers over the years, I can't even express how amazing it feels to have a hosting provider that feels rock solid. I recommend Alex and his team, and I know they will do an incredible job what ever is presented. read more

Rooster Grin is awesome! When we came to them, our website redesign project was a disaster! They were able to work with it and make it look amazing! Without them, i'm not sure where we'd be right now, or if it would have launched at all. And their prices are beyond fair! Thank you Rooster Grin for your attention to detail and care for our site! read more

In all honesty, I think I might be kind of a pain in the butt client. I have very high expectations and am seldom blown away by customer service. This probably comes from having high standards for my own business and the rest is probably related to my annoying Type A personality. With all of that being said, Rooster Grin has been one of the very few companies that has blown my socks off when it comes to customer service. And that is coming from someone who has been a business owner for more than eight years and dealt with countless experiences with various marketing and website type affiliations. The problem with such companies is that there's a very low bar to entry; pretty much anyone can call themselves "website designers." There's no official certification or any specific degree that's required (that I'm aware of). And many companies have one or two people who end up doing everything: logos, SEO, programming, design... basically it's just one big mess because being a true expert in all these areas is very unusual. In my experience, its not common for web companies to outsource from overseas and the business owners don't even actually have great relationships or incentive with the people they're hiring. You may be lucky enough to be one of the first guinea pigs! Of course, they will never tell you this :) There are fewer areas in business that you could contract out work for that could cause you more pain and suffering than a website company, so do yourself a HUGE favor and choose carefully. An enormous amount of your own personal time, energy and money goes into it and it's emotional and exhaustive. Since most of us don't really know what it takes to build a great website, it's hard to even know a good website company when you see one. From my very first meeting with Rooster Grin, I was in awe of the data that they had backing results they were procuring for their clientele. In fact, I was so skeptical, I asked for proof of these facts and figures and within 24 hours, the data landed on my desk and was indisputable. Needless to say, I immediately hired Rooster Grin to handle the SEO for my company. They are getting great results at a very reasonable price. Rooster Grin continuously goes above and beyond, constantly doing more than asked and exceeding my expectations at every turn. I can honestly say that it's been an absolute pleasure working with them and I feel that as a fellow business owner, I have learned more than I could have hoped. If you're looking for someone to design a website, help you with search engine optimization, or simply host your website and keep it free of errors, then look no further that Rooster Grin! read more

These folks have been very helpful when dealing with some pretty complicated website transitions. There was something about a multi-site that needed to be addressed and Rooster Grin was able to separate our site. They set a fixed price and far exceeded their time allocation but never charged another cent. In the end they've fixed any glitches and the site is finally liberated! They're now hosting two of our sites and I'm grateful to have this local resource just a call away. read more

SO after a few friendly meetings with this company we were all set to start the development of my website, which I was very excited about, UNTIL I informed them that I had someone else who was going to be doing my SEO. Once they found out that they weren't going to be doing my SEO (search engine optimizer) Alex informed me that "After gathering all the relevant information on the scope of this project, I do not think this project is a good match for Rooster Grin." WHAT? Apparently this company wants to LOCK YOU IN to use them for everything so they can collect their monthly fees, and they sure have the fees. Alex kept emailing me with new monthly fees and new surprises and when I would ask him he seemed annoyed that I was so inquisitive. He never answered my question of "Do I own the source code?" Im guessing the answer is no? Christina, who is one of their developers was very sweet and professional on the phone. I just think they are too much concerned with the MONEY and not as concerned as to helping small businesses grow. read more

I've been using Rooster Grin for about 9 months now. I had tried other SEO companies before, but after a great meeting with Alex, I noticed a difference with his approach and company. He took the time to listen to my goals and roadblocks and was honest about what Rooster Grin could provide as far as support and solutions. As a small business in the insurance industry I come up against a lot of competition day to day. Within a few weeks of signing on with Rooster Grin I noticed a difference in the organic leads I was receiving. We make it a point to ask every customer how they heard about us and it was all from online searches. There is no way I would work with another company. They are affordable and efficient; what more could a business owner want. read more

The Rooster Grin team is fantastic. Here are just a few reasons why: 1. competence. When building out your company or firm's website, you want someone who knows what they are doing (and who you can trust), 2. Quality - what's the point of paying for a service unless it's high quality? Zero. I've used Rooster Grin to build and host two websites. Both have turned our great. 3. Flexibility - no request is too small although they might try to push me in a smarter direction!, 4. Responsive - any issue is taken care of immediately. They are awesome. read more
