If You're a Non-Tech Founder, RUN. Before anything else,…read moreknow this: CMOLDS is holding my project hostage. On Oct. 9, Safwan told me my server contract had ended. I paid $6,500 upfront. I discovered my startup never needed anything close to that (I could get the same for $84/month) and chose to leave after a year and a half of missed deadlines, the core scope of the project being done by me and constant asking for additional money. Now they refuse to hand over my materials unless I pay $2,166 for a "grace period" server I never agreed to. I still have six months of paid maintenance they could apply, but they're trying to squeeze every last dollar. If you are a non-technical founder, this company is a nightmare waiting to happen. They talk over you, dismiss your input, and exploit any gap in your technical knowledge to squeeze more money out of you. I paid for a hybrid app, but they secretly built two native apps, doubling my future costs. Their San Francisco office is a shell, good luck finding a U.S. business license, and they use fake LinkedIn employees. They failed to deliver core features like AI integration, forcing me to learn JSON and build it myself. Twice, they tried to charge thousands more to "fix" a feature that never worked from the start. There is so much more I could share, but Google limits review length. The bottom line: they drained over $60,000, lied, manipulated, and delivered a broken, outdated product. Do not hire CMOLDS. They will exploit you until you have nothing left. DO NOT WORK WITH CMOLDS.

When I joined the org, we were just at the beginning stages of working on a total website rehaul. Even though I was still on boarding and learning about the industry, the team from nextstep made it super easy to ensure all ideas and wishes were captured. Post launch, it was really easy to make updates and get support whenever we needed it. Just a couple months ago, we refreshed a few of our pages and it only took 2 months. We have a beautiful site that fits our needs and we're very grateful to the entire team for being thorough, thoughtful, thinking outside the box, and going above and beyond!!

Although it was released a little later (by about a month), I am extremely pleased with the result. I can't forget to mention the work of the designer, Maria, who really was able to delve into the essence of our business and understand it deeply! Also, I express great gratitude to the guys from the development department, who helped us avoid many mistakes. Eli, thank you so much for advising us first to let the staff try and test the app and only then write backend. If we decided to write the whole app right away, it would be longer and way more expensive! Guys not only did their work great, but went above and beyond and showed that they care. Very recommend!

They offer a full range of services, all backed with a highly efficient organization for tracking customers' needs and staff who are always available, patient, and ready to assist. I needed a way to enter my own website (in Dreamweaver) and do edits and additions myself, and to be able to write and send out my monthly newsletter. The staff took me through every step and worked with me until I got the process working for myself. The owner, David Daniels, has lived in the area all his life and comes from a family that had a successful local business, so T324, even though it is a tech company, has the flavor of a neighborhood/community oriented company. Very easy to do business with.

Why the five stars? Simple: 99 percent of the time I call Almost Everything Communications, someone…read morepicks-up the phone... no voicemail front-line; no sending an email through some anti-spam (anti-contact) interface on their website... an actual carbon-based life form actually answers the phone - what a concept... And that counts when you need a quick update to a site or have a question / issue. Number two reason for the five stars: they design a site for you and teach you how to use it... no monthly subscription service/fee... no hostages here... they hand you the product no strings attached and that is counter to the "residual income" business model that has become the low-standard. AE designed and produced our second-generation website in early 2015 (about a year before this review). It exceeded our expectations but more importantly: - It launched without a single hitch, and just before an important season for our organization. - AE produced the website quickly and did not get bogged-down in the details: movement is just as important as direction. - AE trained us how to use the mechanism behind the site as well as site navigation, allowing us to maintain the site / maximizing the site's potential on our own, in-house, without additional (or ongoing) maintenance expenses. Lastly Tod and Karen make an efficient team. I'll explain: Have you ever worked with a similar "partnership" only to find that one person doesn't seem to know what the other is doing? Or worse, their views/thoughts actually conflict with each-other? The design/execution team are on the same page and that is how professionals operate. Thank you for a practical / useful / modern website: SolanoAvenue, org
