Richard and his team conducted an in-depth marketing analysis and looked at our Google Business Page, Yelp, our website and visited our store. After analyzing our unique store, they met with us and explained their findings in depth. Without writing a novel, here's what we were told: Our website was not at all doing the job of keeping customers engaged, as we had about a 69 second average visit per click but to make matters worse, we had no coding for Google to search, so we weren't coming up when people searched for bike shops etc. Our Google Business Page wasn't being utilized as much as it could be, as we had outdated photos, very little content etc. and we weren't ranking high in key word searches because our Google profile lacked information to "search for". On top of the online results, we learned that our store wasn't keeping our existing customers engaged because we didn't try to contact them once they completed their shopping experience.
