The worst website development service ever. What a waste of money. After paying 3,000 dollars up front, a service that was suppose to take a couple of months turned into a six month ordeal. Not only is this a worst service I have ever chosen, Joe Conte who was my representative, always seemed very busy for my project, telling me that he has other projects that is more pressing, what a bad customer service. I give this company one star for giving a few pages of paperwork 'so called web development' that is full of jiberish writing. I have shown this to other web developer and they told me for 3,000 dollars I should have gotten a professional website with it, instead I got a non-functional front page that only goes to my email when a customer clicks on it. If you don't know anything about building websites do not go here, they will take your money and give you trash. Do your reviews on yelp and call around. read more

What a miserable company run by a real jerk. I had a beautiful site built for my little e commerce website that needed hosting. Despite having been perfectly happy for years using Network Solutions, the designer recommended these guys. Sure I was paying 1/2 of what they charge and didn't need any of their perceived enhancements, but why not. Suffice to say, according to them anyway, the customer is NOT always right. The woman in charge of billing is very nasty. The coup de grace came when I discovered she had been emailing me invoices and termination notices to an email address that was similar to but NOT my email address. Presumably the erroneous emails bounced, but no matter they terminated hosting my site. This only came to my attention when my designer forwarded me notice to my actual working email address. I called Websight Design to inquire what was up and ask them to put my site back up. Lo and behold the almighty owner himself got on the phone. I explained to him that they had been sending invoices and termination notices to the wrong email address. He informed me that he didn't care and wanted to be perfectly candid with me that I was his "smallest client by far" and "a huge pain in the ass, blah blah...and you are chronically late with payment!" When I countered him, that certainly one can't pay an invoice that they don't actually receive, he yelled at me and told me he was, in effect, firing me. I calmly invited him to reconsider at least until I could find another hosting option. I asked this because although my business is small, I do have some ads running and frankly need not experience the inconvenience of having my site shut down, literally without warning. This is when the ahole owner, obviously doing SO well with all his big dog clients, yelled at me that having my site turned off would hopefully teach me a lesson. Then he hung up on me. His screaming offer to go f**k myself (?, really?!) was an invitation I took to come here and in turn, invite you: to beware. Conversely, if you deem it important for your website to be "hosted" in Sausalito, CA or desire to be erroneously berated by an ahole, please call Alex @ Websight Design, Inc.
