A couple weeks ago, I noticed my computer (a PC) seemed buggy. It was running slow, it wouldn't let me do certain things, and then the kicker was when I tried opening a web page, it opened that same page like 20 times and I couldn't get it to close. I took it down to Farhad, and he confirmed I had a worm/virus. He fixed it within a couple days, and installed an Anti-Malware program for me, all for a very reasonable price. Farhad is a miracle worker, in my mind. On a previous occasion, when the same computer went blue-screen, he was able to save my photos when I thought they were all gone. I cried at the thought, thinking that all the pictures and videos of my kids could be gone forever. He didn't sugar coat anything about the prognosis, but said he would do his best. He prepared me for the worst. He encouraged me to buy a backup drive after that episode. I did, and I feel so much more at peace knowing that if my computer does crash, at least my photos will be safe. I was so overjoyed when I found out he could save my photos that I actually gave him a hug. Farhad is an honest person. He gives good advice and tips for your computer to be safe and run at optimal performance. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. Farhad is a lifesaver! I have a work macbook air that my son spilled a whole mug of root beer float into. The float quickly soaked into my laptop saturating all the internal components.
