Our 100 year old school had some changes in classrooms and offices. We needed phone lines to be relocated to different parts of the building - something that proved to not be as simple as it sounds. Telenet solution was the only business telephone system in Los Angeles, who took the time to explain all the process in detail. I google searched so many and called one by one, but none of them took the time to ask details about our office setting, so that they can get an idea of what to offer us. Hal the sales person at Telenet solutions, called us withing 1 hour after filling out the contact form online, first thing he ask is for us to describe our business and the reason why we think we need it this service. He then give us the possible options; all his suggestions were appropriate and the price was reasonable. The installation was very smooth and fast, always accommodating our needs and making sure our phone calls were not interrupted for long during the installation. On the installation day, the technicians, specially Steve went beyond to trained us and make sure we were familiar with the system. Possibly the worst nightmare I have ever lived through. From the start nothing happened as we were told it would. Our phone system "live" date was 02/08/2021 and we were told there would be no "downtime" for the porting of our current numbers. Completely false. We did not have our main toll free number transferred for nearly a month causing huge losses for a company our size. The biggest slap in the face was the complete lack of follow through coupled with the lack of desire to help us out shown by Hal and the entire onboarding team. We got nothing but finger pointing and passing of the buck from them with each uphill battle to just have a working phone system as they said we would. Not once did anyone take ownership or take charge to make something happen for us. It was like pulling teeth to even get a timely response on anything or movement in any way towards a resolution. I Guess since the sale was closed they no longer cared. PATHETIC. It's too bad zero stars is not an option because that is what Hal and team deserve!!! read more

We upgraded our phones about a year ago, and we were constantly having issues. I went back and forth with the company that installed them, and they weren't being helpful at all. We decided to finally change our phones again because we had had enough. I made a few calls to get some estimates, and Hal at Telenet gave us exactly what we wanted. He assessed what exactly we wanted our phone system to do, and gave us the best and most cost effective option. The pricing was competitive, it was ordered quickly, and installation was easy. We are in the Sacramento area, and Aaron was the tech who did the installation, and he was AWESOME!
