I booked a reservation at 430pm Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and shortly after I was being shown the grounds by a wonder man named Bob This facility is 81 units and they are all easily accessible. the units look brand new, no smell, we'll light and the price I was quoted is it NO adding fees or admin charges. also the cost for a 10x20 unit was basically the same as the competitors are charging for 10x10 unit on the fourth floor It's great value for my money and it was an easy transaction I would highly advise using this place for storage in the future Thanks

The…read morefirst red flag was the woman that hooked my car up- she left equipment in my way so that I was blocked in trying to leave. I asked her to move it and she told me I could do it myself. Next, when I got home, I went to load my other car on the trailer and the front disconnected from my hitch. The ball is the correct size, she just never tightened it down on my car. Thankfully they took responsibility for the damage to my car and their insurance covered it, but even that was a slightly drawn out and annoying process. Their incompetence could have easily caused a major accident and killed someone. I'm just happy it didn't uncouple on the highway.

At the end of the year I decided to go check it out since it was time to put the kit to bed until February. It was awesome. Easy to get into. And the manager is so amicable and accommodating. She understood that having multiple units near one another was ideal for our load in and explained the facility rules of operation/billing/access clearly. The little supply shop was great, too, when we discovered our padlocks were too big. And that we'd run out of shrink wrap. I've suggested this facility to two other stylists and everyone has been thrilled with their experience. Glad to find someplace easy to access and with a small business approach to customer service.
