I had a perfect experience with The Glass Guy and highly recommend them to anyone. I was behind a dump truck on the highway and got nailed with a couple of rogue pieces of gravel - right in the windshield. Two good sized nicks and they both cracked outward across the length of the glass. I submitted the claim through my insurance and The Glass Guy came up as one of the possible places I got use to get it replaced. I am SO glad I chose them. From the get-go, they were speedy and professional. I got call from their office manager just a few hours after submitting the claim and told them what the deal was. She took my vehicle information and VIN to confirm the correct size that's needed, telling me that she'd do some hunting and see about price, availability, and timeframe. I got a call back the same day and she told me the price (which was less than the deductible) so she suggested not going through insurance - which I followed. I was able to get it scheduled within the week. Once there, I got the vehicle in right on time and just decided to wait there in the office for them to complete it. They were extremely efficient - finishing it much quicker than what was originally thought. I couldn't be happier with the result. It looked great and after a month or so later, I haven't had any issues. This is a family owned and operated business; and the care they have for their customers is clear. They have a very comfortable and esthetic office/waiting area (along with a very friendly dog that might ask for some pets). The office staff is extremely friendly and kind, and while I didn't meet any of the service staff, when they came in and our of the garage area they seemed very nice as well and everyone was professional and friendly. Hopefully I won't have to get any vehicle glass repaired/replaced again, but if I do, you better believe I'm coming back to The Glass Guy!! read more

About a month ago we took my wife's RAV 4 to the Glass Guy to get a couple of chips filled. This service went well, at the same time I mentioned to the owner that I have a company car (RAV 4) that needed a windshield. He said, call back with the VIN and they would get it scheduled, I got them the VIN that day. They said it would be a month because of parts on back order. I thought, I can drive it with the crack for a month to give a local shop the business. Fast forward, my wife called Wednesday before the appointment on 11/11/24 to see if they might have an opening either Thursday or Friday before my appointment on Monday. My wife spoke to the gal that works there. She said she would have to call back in a little bit to let her know. Fast forward to the next morning, I called and talked to the gal my wife talked to. She told me that the windshield for my RAV 4 was not available, and she left a voicemail to tell my wife know this. Cell phones don't lie, my wife had not received a call from their number and didn't receive a voicemail. She said check back in a couple of weeks for availability of parts. I immediately got online and scheduled with Safelite, this was Thursday, and the appointment was for Friday at 8:00 AM. Perfect service!! no lies about parts, or not being able to get that windshield. Safelite installed and calibrated the windshield, and I am 110% satisfied with their performance. read more

Had the great folks at The Glass Guy replace my windshield in my 2001 Yukon recently. Fast and affordable as usual. I have had a few of my vehicles worked on by them and they haven't disappointed yet, I kinda scrolled down on some of the reviews, and just have to shake my head at a couple of them. I suppose integrity would be the best word to describe their ethic, they have always been fair and stepped up if something was not just right. Give this family owned company a chance. read more

These folks are so awesome. I called and they made an apt as soon as they could when my windshield was cracked. The people were so kind and fixed the windshield so fast. They work with progressive and I'm sure with many other companies. Definitely the best customer service. They are currently located in a temporary area in Napavine because the other place in Chehalis burned down in a fire. Highly recommended and will be back again! read more

2/27/2018 Made an appointment to get a new windshield...they gave me a very good quote $260.00. I sat and waited there as I had no where to go. About 1/2 hour later the installer comes in and tells me there is rust on the top of my car and it's going to be $100. More to fix it. I told him I wanted to look at it, it was two small pencil width spots one was maybe 3 inches and the other 2. They were not on the seal area they were an inch above it. I was flabbergasted I knew it was nothing in need of $100. But what can I do at this point? I called my husband and said now I know why they give low quotes to get you in and hose you on the backside. To make a long story short my husband called them and said there is no way that that could be 100. So they didnt charge me and the lady was even semi pleasant to me when I left. What I didn't know was how utterly unprofessional and evil these folks are. I got home and my husband looked at the interior of my car and it was filthy, there were little fibers all over. My jeep is the overland and it is really nice inside. The cup holders had alot of junk in it just everywhere. So I watched an online video on a winshield install to see why so much debris was in my car. I found out there was no reason the installer used no tool or grinder that would make such a mess. Also the particular video had rust also on top way more than mine and the owner asked on the video if extra work was necessary and he said no that he would cover it with the same stuff for adhearing the window and it was no problem. (The deal Tim told me costs 100.00) Then my husband notices a scrape on my bumper so I look and sure enough there are 3 scrapes on my all black bumper and they ground a 4 inch section on my 500.00 Fuel rim with a grinder. So....BEWARE DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. They will piously "get you back for not paying their mocked up charges". read more

Today I had my windshield replaced by these guys. I have to say that I am extremely happy with the service. The came all the way up to Olympia to do the replacement without charging extra for having to come all the way up there. I had some rust from where the last windshield wasn't sealed properly. Tim offered to do it for free but i said that wasn't necessary as they had already beaten the competition by $100 for the service. I will definitely be calling them again for any future replacements. read more

Tim has done a quite a few repairs and windshield replacements for me over the years and I can say it has always been done in a timely manner and I have had no issues after the fact.
