The other two staff at the counter were but he walked from the back and sat at his desk with no mask on. He also walked around the store with out a mask on as other customers came into the store. He sound very rude and short with one of the staff members.My husband had said something to one of the counter staff and with out even looking up or acknowledging anything he made a snarky comment to my husband. If we weren't already in the process of checking out my husband said we would have left right then. How do you expect your staff to follow the COVID precautions while the store manager doesn't and talks rude to the staff while customers are in the store. We will be taking our business else where.

Headed up to pick them up and upon arriving we were told they didn't know what we were talking about, they didn't have any assemblies or any headlight parts ordered for the day. My son headed back home and I called and spoke to the asst mgr to ask him to check on it. 2 minutes later he said they have them and we can come back in to pick them up. Absolute left hand not knowing what right hand is doing which wastes everyone's time. We previously had pretty good service there and I would have left the review at 4 stars. Except, during my call I mentioned all of this and the asst mgr didn't even pretend to care about the feedback. He said "well, he's got them now so..." Yes, we have them and won't be coming back for anything else. They would have let us leave just after calling us to come in to get parts we ordered and paid for only to send us home because they can't communicate internally.

I fully recommend the Centralia Auto Zone. I have been there a number of times and have always found what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. They have all the typical things you'd expect to find at an auto parts store ... plus they have friendly and knowledgeable staff. They greet you as you come in and ask if there's anything they can help you find ... but also, they just let you look around and don't badger you as you look through the aisles! Thank you for that! The last visit I had was a great experience. I had bought a repair kit for part of my wife's car, brought it to the house, and was having a devil of a time getting it to work. I drove back to the store and asked one of the associates about suggestions that she might have. She helped me out straightaway, gave some tips, encouraged me to try it out in the parking lot and if it wasn't working ... she'd come out and help!! Amazing customer service! I just acquired a 2019 Corolla and it needed a little help. I work as a mechanic and I was pretty…read moresure I could do the job of adding a stereo but, opted to use these guys as I was unsure of the module programming that might be involved. I had shopped a few of their competitors before I walked in and they were significantly less than the competition. then it came out that the competition was going right for top tier equipment just because they'd make money. they made a recommendation that would cure my major issues. the rear speakers blew in the car (apparently JBL factory sound has this problem pretty frequently). I replaced them and the sound from them was just painfully bright. I wanted wireless Apple CarPlay as I was considering it a safety feature. in other words, one less reason for a phone to be touched in the car. anyhow, both problems could be solved with a head unit swap. initially, I was pretty unhappy with what I ended up with. the factory microphone was NOT retained, the fader was INOP and the display didn't dim with the headlights. I expressed my displeasure at this and then it came out. the adapter (car interface) was not doing the job it was supposed to do. the "right" module took a call to the manufacturer to find because of the year make and model of the car. once the right parts were found, I returned, dropped the car off and waited to be called. this worked out pretty incredibly. he refunded me for the parts that didn't do the job well and charged me the difference for the better module. no extra labor. so again, I would highly recommend this business. they've been around for at least 10 years that I'm aware of. great service from good people.
