Another shop had already told me they couldn't lift the RV, which is exactly why I sought out a place that could handle a full inspection. When I scheduled the appointment, I clearly explained this situation and my expectations. The day after I dropped off the rig, I received a call saying the RV was ready and that nothing was wrong. I was charged about $280. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked for an inspection report or details on what was checked, and it became clear there was confusion. After asking directly what work had been done, I was told they had only performed an oil change. This was extremely frustrating because that was not what I brought the RV in for. I had been very clear that I needed a full inspection due to the previous shop not being able to lift it. They did offer for me to bring the RV back at another time, but when I asked about the cost for the inspection, I was quoted over $450 on top of the $280 I had already paid. This pricing was never discussed when I scheduled the appointment. Overall, my concerns are: -Lack of communication about pricing upfront. They need more transparency on their pricing and other reviews suggest the same -Not paying proper attention to the customer's request -Failing to perform the service that was requested There was no effort to offer a discount or solution to make up for the inconvenience. I wanted to give them a chance despite some pricing concerns posted on prior Yelp reviews, but unfortunately, my experience confirmed those issues. To be fair, the staff were friendly and professional. They are nice folks but, they need to work on some issues. In the future, I will be driving a few extra miles to get better and more competitive service.

I called immediately when the tire blew and the tone of the dealer changed from when I purchased the trailer. When I bought the trailer, they were very helpful, friendly and I really wanted to support this small family owned business. They were not friendly or nice once the sale was made. Once they discovered that the product they sold had a problem they got defensive and it was very clear from the manager on the phone that he had no intent of standing behind his product. I stopped by a few days later to show the tire to the dealer and get a replacement. It was very clear that they were annoyed that I was there. A customer was buying a trailer and she was treated very nicely probably because they wanted the sale and wanted the money. After an extensive wait and clear indications that this dealer only wants to sell trailers, not take care of customers I left and will take further action. I buy from a dealer so the dealer will stand behind the product. If I buy new tires from discount tires, I go to discount tire and they warranty the product. I don't have to call Goodyear direct. Very sad because I hate supporting the big stores Iike Walmart, trailers plus etc but you get a company that actually takes care of customers with the big chain stores. My father and I have purchased 9 trailers in the past 5 years (RV's, cattle trailers, flatbeds etc). I was going to buy from Trailers plus but I really wanted to support a small business. Once again Wayne came to the rescue and we were lucky he was in the area when we were! We had a…read morebunch of stuff break at the same time. 2 of them was our hydraulic jacks (again) and our refer which happened to die the day before he was coming out to find out what was wrong with the jacks. He diagnosed and replaced the failed pump motor to our hydraulic jacks, diagnosed then removed the failed NorCold (we call them "never cold") refrigerator (ammonia leak) and replaced it with a much bigger residential refrigerator. He also hauled away the old one. Our awning leg became bent last fall and Wayne just happened to have the same leg that we needed. After much fenagling to get the bent leg out, he replaced it with the one he had. So nice to have an awning again! Thanks, Wayne! You da man!
