Gary happily showed me the actual trailer, answered a few questions I had then we went back inside to complete the sale. The Title and registration process was made quick and easy by a very competent and pleasant woman but I unfortunately didn't catch her name. I arranged to pick up my new trailer the next day and when I arrived I decided to add a spare tire plus I needed to upgrade my towing equipment to exceed the trailer's 10K rating. They had everything in stock and when they brought my trailer to the front of the lot a few minutes later, they'd already mounted the spare tire. Two very efficient young guys prepped the trailer by torquing all the wheel lug nuts, attaching the trailer including the ball and coupler, safety chains, and breakaway switch to my truck, then testing the trailer lighting. No lights. Unfazed, they retrieved a testing kit from the shop and began troubleshooting and quickly determined the problem was in my truck's electrical system. We checked the basics, switches, connections and fuses - still no joy. Then Kyle came out to assist. Of course it was raining and the parking lot was wet and muddy but that didn't stop Kyle from digging deeper by laying under my truck to check 7 pin socket wiring. Kyle quickly determined that my truck's socket was the issue and, like a true professional, he quickly removed mine and replace it with a new one, with no hesitation or drama. This might seem routine to many but I've spent a great deal of time working in the trades and young men like Kyle are an unbelievably rare commodity. While everyone at Olympic Trailer & Truck was great, Kyle was responsible for completing my transaction with absolute satisfaction.

The father seems to do good work. The son needs supervision. No regard for customer inconvenience or safety. Office hours make it very hard to leave or pick your vehicle. Customers are fenced in or out when business is closed. They are open 9am-4pm, Monday - Friday. You will be asking for trouble and inconvenience if you use Super Bee.

After my father's truck left your facility where you allegedly repaired the front breaks and master cylinder, I happened to be the driver of the truck only a few days later. I was driving the truck on Marvin Road to my place of employment and the breaks failed. This caused me to skid through a round-about, brushing the mirror on a yield sign, which also knocked the front driver's hub cap off. Luckily, I came to a stop only a few feet from hitting the concrete within the center of the round-about. This accident could have been much, much worse. Again, please recall that the truck had just left your shop a few short days before this. My father had paid 1200 dollars for this "repair." This was a very scary and alarming experience for me. I know that accidents do happen and so do mistakes. However, your repair shop simply did a poor job which ended in a potentially disastrous outcome. My initial issue was not that a poor job was done by your company. It was the response that my father and I received afterward. My father's complaint details the very truthful events which ensued in the aftermath. As a result of this accident and then our inability to resolve the matter with you, the truck stayed parked in my driveway for a very long period of time. I don't think you have an adequate grasp on the impact your poor work quality had on our lives. I kindly request that instead of lashing back at me as though I have done something wrong by writing this, you take a few moments to reflect on your role in this and what you can do as a company to simply not allow this to happen again. Do better. Be better. Your work was a complete failure and it is you who should have taken the initiative to make it right. And you did not. This is a reflection of poor character and poor work ethic. Lastly, your reply to my father had multiple inaccuracies in it. I'm not from Bellingham. The truck has never been in Bellingham. (AAA approved auto repair facility that's been pre-screened) this was late in the day and we fully anticipated this would be a timely fix and were stressed trying to see how we could make this all work with pets and a young child at home. Shane and Sean both were extremely professional and helpful from the moment we walked in offering us water and a clean bathroom. They diagnosed our problem quickly and offered us a quote and options. John offered to stay late to work in order to get us back on the road the next day. (So thankful to you John!)
