Crooks. Said they had a black trailer coming for me that was EXACTLY like the grey 7x12 they had on their site. Didnt like they grey so they said they could get the black one with a deposit. Called the next day to make sure it was going to be in and make sure it was the samme trailer. I was told it was and the Olympia store verrified it as well as the Rochester store before I drove almost 3 hours. Got the and it was in facr the wrong an no one actually checked the width. Instead of making it right he said I could pay an additional $1000 for that one. Their "GM" I'll use that loosely as I highly doubt he's in any position of responsibility was worthless. I had a pigtail installed by them less than a year ago. One of the connectors they installed came loose, and I wanted them to fix their bad wiring job. The guy in the shop said he had to charge me 145.00 to fix it. When I explained that it was their bad wiring job that was the issue he said he still had to charge me to fix it. This Trailer Boss location doesn't deserve a star, the only positive thing I got from the phone call was him picking up the phone. This location closes at 5:30 PM, I told the store manager that I would be there at 5pm to buy a dump trailer with cash. He tells me that he can't do it because he is paid by the hour and not by commission. I am writing this review because I traveled over two hours to get there. I still showed up there at 5pm and the employees trucks were parked outside the gate which was dummy locked. You could see the guys in the window trying to kill time before their shift ended. Whoever owns Trailer Boss needs to fire their salesman and manager. read more

Customer service is not great. We called yesterday asking about a trailer that can specifically haul a car (D-rings on the floor) and were told yes they had what we wanted on the lot. We called again the next morning to confirm they still had the trailer in stock and it was equipped D-rings to haul a car. They said yes. We traveled over an hour from Federal Way to be disappointed because they did not take the time to physicslly look at the trailer to confirm it's what we wanted. A waste of our time. His comment, "sorry man, looks like we don't have what you want". He did not mention any other trailer companies close by to help. They only thing he did do is call the other store in Olympia, which we had ready done prior to our travel. My advise to them. If you are selling items in the $$$ do your homework. Get off your butt and physically walk out and check the trailer. Don't waste a customer's time. We will not recommend this company in the future and will be purchasing from another company. I'm completely baffled by the lack of customer service we received from this company. We called ahead of our visit to confirm their inventory. There were two trailers we wanted to look at. We attempted to schedule an appointment as was their policy due to CIVID-19 but we were told to just show up and they would help us. After driving for over an hour we arrived early and waited until they opened. Another women with a trailer pulled up for emergency assistance so we waited to approach the gate until she had left. My husband confirmed it was ok to enter and we put on masks before we entered their facility. We explained that we were here to look at two trailers. The sales rep didnt know what he had for inventory and when we explained that we called ahead he rolled his eyes at us. He didnt think they had one of the trailers and pointed to the other one before going inside but suggested we look around the corner. He didnt bother to stay with us to answer any questions instead he was rather dismissive. Fortunately, the second trailer was around the corner and it was the one we wanted. We went back to the front office and waved for someone to come out. Another sales rep came out and we told him which one we wanted. We had brought cash to pay their reduced cash price which is clearly listed on all their tags in the lot. The rep said he had to check the price and went back inside. When he came out he started spatting off numbers and we were confused because they sounded higher than what was written on the tag. When we asked for it in writing he looked pained. At this point we had no idea why we were being treated like we were bothering them but hoped to proceed. He came out with a print off of the price and we attempted to negotiate the dealer fee which clearly stated it was negotiable and by law is required to be. The rep literally laughed in our face saying the boss never negotiates. At this point we didnt even bother asking to just take the trailer and do the licensing ourselves-our tax bracket is lower than that in their town, and would of saved them time and money. Even though we found the price to be acceptable the overall experience left us feeling like we were garbage. We couldnt stomach doing business with a company that found it acceptable to treat us like an inconvenience. I wont be back to this establishment, nor will I ever recommend anyone to ever buy from them. read more
