I guess the only part he got right was my car at the body shop.... but as I stated, that was an argument. oh yeah, the emailed receipt wasn't well itemized. no start time, no stop time, no pickup or drop off location. Should have called them 1st thing, they answered the phone, did not need to leave a message or create a Yelp project for services, and he got me & my vehicle home in less than a 4 hour timespan counting getting ready to leave & pick up the tilt bed hauler for a place that was well over 1 1/2 hours when I normally drive it. Yes I paid high price for this late at night service, but I needed to get home & already tired for an ordeal that took 9 hours into 6 am in the morning.

I called immediately when the tire blew and the tone of the dealer changed from when I purchased the trailer. When I bought the trailer, they were very helpful, friendly and I really wanted to support this small family owned business. They were not friendly or nice once the sale was made. Once they discovered that the product they sold had a problem they got defensive and it was very clear from the manager on the phone that he had no intent of standing behind his product. I stopped by a few days later to show the tire to the dealer and get a replacement. It was very clear that they were annoyed that I was there. A customer was buying a trailer and she was treated very nicely probably because they wanted the sale and wanted the money. After an extensive wait and clear indications that this dealer only wants to sell trailers, not take care of customers I left and will take further action. I buy from a dealer so the dealer will stand behind the product. If I buy new tires from discount tires, I go to discount tire and they warranty the product. I don't have to call Goodyear direct. Very sad because I hate supporting the big stores Iike Walmart, trailers plus etc but you get a company that actually takes care of customers with the big chain stores.
