Price gougers Charged 340 when we told them the heat in our cab didn't work. They confirmed it didn't work. Could not supply the part that needs fixing. Same with the parking brake. We told them the issue was intermittent. They charged 170 to tell us they could not replicate the issue. Almost half our bill was diagnostics that they could not handle. read more

They claimed my starting battery was dead and would not hold acharge; but, in fact, the battery was fine. They claimed my shore power cord needed replacing; but, it was brand new and works fine. They claimed I had a propane leak and needed a new propane valve. My RV has a gas leak detection safeguard. I tested for a leak myself and did not find it. I was told an oil change was included in a service package I purchased and I was billed for it separately. They somehow damaged a cargo compartment door which they didn't address after bringing it to their attention. Since I could not trust the merchant any longer, I decided to cancel a part ordered. They told me the $980 prepaid part could not be canceled nor refunded. Despite the fact, they have not received it and actually, it had not been shipped to them yet. read more

Service was timely when I was in a rush. Associates were nice and gave full explanations of services and prices. Prices were reasonable and turn around for completed service was on-time and work was completed to my satisfaction. I will return to this service center even though there are many closer to my home on the harbor. My only gripe is that the parking lot is difficult to navigate but that's the only complaint. Great job -----update 9/13/19 So I picked up my rig after being there for just over a week and the service manager met me at the counter. He appeared distracted and uncertain. Told me a few times how busy they were and that he couldn't remember every rig that comes thru there and I'm like "cool?" After going over the charges he did see to my satisfaction but I advise you to give them a written list of items to check, they forgot to check my power cord. read more

Absolutely trash.... We took our RV in for what we understood to be a complete check of the gas and electrical stuff, along with other things to insure it's ready for the road. No no no.. they didn't even check generator witch is currently leaking fuel. Obviously no one even turned that on. So how would they check to make sure our appliances operate as they should while camping? They didn't check any fuses we found few blown out. They didn't care to check wiper blades witch are in need of an adjustment or something. Drivers side isn't operating properly. Didn't care to check any of our plug ins . Like we really paid almost $500 just to have them turn on are stove and microwave and fridge while RV was running. And that's it on top of that we paid another $500 to replace a power cord that we thought and they had us at the understanding was like a positive battery cable. No they replaced our extended 220 cored that I am pretty sure wasn't even bad I just checked and used it a week before. But can also be bought for $68 at Walmart. Then when I called to ask why it seems nothing was checked. I get well if you wanna pay us $160 an hr to check those we can. Garbage... I feel they intentionally misleading people on what exactly they cover in their inspections and what they replaced. We didn't expect them to fix the issues but to not even check. Called a week ago to see if they could fit us in for an oil change/chassis lube on our Gas Newmar Class A while we were in the area for a couple of days. They were able to squeeze us in, when every other repair place north of Seattle were months out on scheduling. I am so happy that the other places couldn't fit us in. We drove in, they started right away & gave us our oil change, chassis lube, inspected our belts & hoses and we were out the door 2 hours later. And the cost? OMG. Best prices ever. If you are on the I-5 corridor between Portland and Olympia & need service, these are your people! They service all types of RVs. Awesome RV Service & Awesome Ford (all in one location). This might be a regular stopover for service for us from now on. So pleased!! read more

Driving home from Portland we pull in to look at the fifth wheels. We had seen a voltage from the freeway and didn't see it on the lot. We asked the sales rep in his golf kart if there were voltages on his lot and he said he didn't think so. Then we asked if there was another lot near by because we had seen one. And his response "oh I don't know what's down there I don't don't go that way" and then finally after my husband says "well I head down there and look" does the sales rep say "oh well baydo's is down there" I hate lack of customer service. If he would said "yea there is baydo's down there. What are you looking for? Maybe I have something comparable" I wouldn't of cared but his lack of helping customer will keep me away from Awesome RV and Awesome Ford read more

We wanted to write and let everybody know what amazing service we received from Awesome RV in Chehalis. We had a major malfunction with our slide-out, and mechanic extraordinaire Jacob went over and above anything we could ever imagine in fixing it. Jacob always took the time to keep us informed and was always patient and had a smile on his face. Not only that, but our extended warranty company at first denied the claim, and Jim and Casey went the extra mile to work with them, and they finally agreed to pay most of the invoice. To say we are extremely satisfied with Awesome RV and all of the wonderful people there would be a huge understatement. They will be the only RV service place we ever take our RV to! read more

We attempted to buy a new Winnebago from them but after making the trip there they did not have the RV in stock that they claimed so we went elsewhere. Awesome RV told us they hoped we would let them service that RV. Come time to do warranty work one month later, they refused at first, saying they give preference to customers who purchase their RV's from them. When we insisted that all Winnebago dealers have to honor the factory warranty, they said they "might be able to get us in 6 months later but would only do 1 or 2 minor repairs". Shame on them! Imagine the poor RV owner from out of town who breaks down while under warranty and is told they might get to them in 6 months for a minor repair! read more

We were driving through town on our way home from the lake and a wheel on my boat trailer seized up. We were stranded in a parking lot and someone who worked at Awesome RV stopped to help. He took us to their shop and gave me a tongue lock for free to help us secure our boat and trailer for the night until we could get it to a local repair shop. Awesome RV was helpful, efficient and did a great job taking care of a recall issue I had with an '08. My local Winnebago Authorized Center refused to take care of the issue, so I called Awesome RV. They verified the recall, ordered the part and helped me make an appointment to take it down there for the repair. I arrived on time, and the repair was done. I was back on the road within 2 hours. They should change their name to not awesome. We took our new (to us) rv in there for a house inspection and new tires. The techs have no idea what they are talking about. They won't tell us what was on the inspection checklist. When we asked if they checked the awning, they said yea it's on the checklist. But when we showed them it was broken, they admitted to not checking it. They didn't know how to put our wheel balancers on. They still did it wrong after we showed them how to do it. We discovered a huge water leak when we picked it up and now our electricity and generator don't work. Our rv is probably useless now. I am beyond frustrated with this place and I can't believe the level of incompetence of this place. They are thieves. I want my $40000 back! read more

The sales team of Ed Langston and finance Felix were great. We found what we wanted and were happy with it. We bought the trailer on Nov. 29, 2016 and by the 9th we finally got it. Josh K in the service Department was awesome. He went completely through all the mechanics, all the electrical everything with us. SOme others in the Service Department I was not too happy with; but overall the experience was somewhat enjoyable. But Ed Langston was AWESOME and SUPERB. New to the area and needed to have the refrigerator in our motorhome fixed. Called and made an appointment. When arriving to our appointment they checked us in knowing ALL the information we had given them over the phone. Shortly after, a technician came out with me to check and start troubleshooting the refrigerator, he asked me all kinds of pertinent questions; he listened carefully to what I was describing and saying, and after a while he was able to pin point the issue and resolve it. He exchanged a part that HE assumed and verified with me was under warranty, he replaced it with no hassle of who is going to pay for this first....took all pertinent information to submit for insurance purposes and I was out the door in only the required amount of time needed. I will definitely be back here for any issues I may have with my RV in the future, and I strongly recommend and endorse this fine business and most importantly, the employees and high level of Customer Service. I am happy to say that we had a great experience with Awesome RV. We are in the area from Florida. We have a Winnebago, Class C, Motorhome and after camping in one place for 6 weeks the slide would not work. We had reservations to travel out of the area for 5 nights so we manually retracted the slide and went on our trip. We checked with Winnebago for an authorized service center and Awesome RV was listed and only a few miles from us. We contacted them, explained our problem and they scheduled an appointment for us to bring the rig in. We arrived at the appointment time, checked the rig in and was told they would perform a diagnosis and go from there. If it needed a part and they had the part in stock they would proceed with fixing it, if they didn't have the part, they would have to order and it would be shipped overnight. At approximately 330pm we received a call to tell us that the rear slide motor failed, they replaced it and the rig was ready to be picked up. Fortunately, the repair was covered under our extended warranty and we were out of pocket for the deductible. Our past experience where we purchased the motorhome was nothing like this...any time we have taken it in at home, they have it for weeks; typically having it delivered for a week before they even look at the rig. We appreciated everything about our experience with Awesome RV and will certainly use them again should the need arise while we are in this area. read more

My travel trailer needed work done under my extended warranty and was told this is one of the places that worked on my brand. I took in my 2016 travel trailer for mostly cosmetic issues and a few minor problems. 6 weeks later (in summer) we were told it was ready for pick up. The trailer looked like it had been side swiped and not all the work was done. We took the trailer back in to have measurements done on it and so siding could be ordered. After a few weeks they still weren't sure on what kind of metal so they needed the actual trailer to come back in to tell. While back in their possession the trailer was broke into. It caused more damage and items were stolen out of the trailer. After 7 more weeks in the shop we got the trailer back and a check for the missing item. All though they made it right this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They mailed a check out and told us once we verify we had received the check we could get the trailer. That didn't go over at all and we got the trailer and the check in hand same day and they had to cancel the other mailed check. I have owed this trailer since August 2015 and it has spent almost 14 weeks in there possession and has depreciated lord knows how much because of the time it was there. read more

We bought a 5th wheel toy hauler from another dealer and because of the HORRIBLE service and buying experience we had gotten to include being told, "just take pictures of what is wrong" instead of bring our toy hauler in for inspection, we contacted Awesome RV. Even though Awesome RV doesn't sell our particular model, they do carry the main manufacturer of our RV. We had 2 major problems with our new unit. The first was that our residential fridge FELL out while traveling down the road. It was ONLY screwed in by a small "Z" bracket with 2 small screws, which had broken allowing the fridge to fall out and hit the main slide. The second problem was that sewage was backing up into the kitchen sink and even overflowed in the washing machine drain in the garage of our toy hauler. The pictures that the other dealer wanted would have NEVER shown the plumbing problem since the plumbing was all sealed in the underbelly of the RV. Long story short we found out that the kitchen sink and the washing machine drain had been plumbed into the toilet and then the black tank. The schematic diagrams were wrong and the builders apparently just went along with them instead of questioning. Awesome RV "stepped up to the plate" and fixed our unit better than what we expected. A short time later in a heavy rainstorm we found a leak from where the fridge had previously hit the main slide. We called Awesome and they had us bring it right in. Once again, they did an OUTSTANDING job. We have no problems since and are now truly enjoying our toy hauler. read more
