I purchased a brand new trailer with a GVWR of 7k with an empty weight of 2k. Within the first week I had a blown tire that caused extensive damage to my trailer. I understand how flat tires can cause damage and I only wanted the dealership to stand behind the product they sell and give me a new tire. I called immediately when the tire blew and the tone of the dealer changed from when I purchased the trailer. When I bought the trailer, they were very helpful, friendly and I really wanted to support this small family owned business. They were not friendly or nice once the sale was made. Once they discovered that the product they sold had a problem they got defensive and it was very clear from the manager on the phone that he had no intent of standing behind his product. I stopped by a few days later to show the tire to the dealer and get a replacement. It was very clear that they were annoyed that I was there. A customer was buying a trailer and she was treated very nicely probably because they wanted the sale and wanted the money. After an extensive wait and clear indications that this dealer only wants to sell trailers, not take care of customers I left and will take further action. I buy from a dealer so the dealer will stand behind the product. If I buy new tires from discount tires, I go to discount tire and they warranty the product. I don't have to call Goodyear direct. Very sad because I hate supporting the big stores Iike Walmart, trailers plus etc but you get a company that actually takes care of customers with the big chain stores. My father and I have purchased 9 trailers in the past 5 years (RV's, cattle trailers, flatbeds etc). I was going to buy from Trailers plus but I really wanted to support a small business. When I had issues with trailers bought from trailers plus I got instant results. It is not my job as the customer to contact the manufacturer. That is why I buy from a dealer. You can buy much cheaper dealer direct. I regret buying from Bulldog. I have referred 4 friends in the past week, 1 of them already purchased. The other 3 will no longer purchase from this business Stay away from this company. Buy from Olympia trailers or trailers plus. I have bought from both of them and much better customer service.

I bought a trailer to haul my dirt bikes and quad, so that it is an effortless process to load and unload our equipment. Appt to come in for a purchase? - Smh I arrived at the Chehalis location gate early and called, they waited until the appt.time to let me in eventhough no other customers on premises.. The sales person, Jeff, promptly told me that he has a meeting in 20 mins. I asked WTF, are you here to make a sale or meetings? I saw a couple trailers and wanted to proceed with a cash purchase of one on the spot. While I was waiting for my appt time I went to other local dealers and got a quote. Jeff said he contacted his Boss and got the ok to match the price the other dealer quoted me on similiar trailer. I said great, I'll take it. When Jeff was supposedly finalizing the transaction he couldn't reach his boss again to reconfirm sale and told me to just get the trailer from other dealer that quoted me a price. I would strongly avoid this business for service. I had been unable to use my 5th wheel for some…read moretime and took it to them for a general inspection and packing of the wheel bearings. After picking it up we noticed the caps had not been replaced on 2 of the wheels and the internal cover on these was askew. They said we could just push them back on and they sent replacement caps for the outside. I did one short local trip, then on our first road trip about 500 miles after Camper's Choice worked on my rig, I was alerted to a wheel issue by another driver. I pulled over at an off ramp and saw smoke coming from the wheel. I slowly got off the freeway and while backing into the first available safe spot, the wheel came off. Fortunately no one was injured and a mobile mechanic was able to replace the axel. I had him inspect the remaining wheels and one of the those also had to be replaced. He said from what he could tell the work had not been done properly. I contacted them but had no response. I followed up after my trips and learned the company had changed ownership along with liability for the incompetent workmanship. I have been in touch with the previous owners who have not provided a response. I would not trust them with any service work and put the safety of my family in jeopardy again.
