I purchased a brand new trailer with a GVWR of 7k with an empty weight of 2k. Within the first week I had a blown tire that caused extensive damage to my trailer. I understand how flat tires can cause damage and I only wanted the dealership to stand behind the product they sell and give me a new tire. I called immediately when the tire blew and the tone of the dealer changed from when I purchased the trailer. When I bought the trailer, they were very helpful, friendly and I really wanted to support this small family owned business. They were not friendly or nice once the sale was made. Once they discovered that the product they sold had a problem they got defensive and it was very clear from the manager on the phone that he had no intent of standing behind his product. I stopped by a few days later to show the tire to the dealer and get a replacement. It was very clear that they were annoyed that I was there. A customer was buying a trailer and she was treated very nicely probably because they wanted the sale and wanted the money. After an extensive wait and clear indications that this dealer only wants to sell trailers, not take care of customers I left and will take further action. I buy from a dealer so the dealer will stand behind the product. If I buy new tires from discount tires, I go to discount tire and they warranty the product. I don't have to call Goodyear direct. Very sad because I hate supporting the big stores Iike Walmart, trailers plus etc but you get a company that actually takes care of customers with the big chain stores. My father and I have purchased 9 trailers in the past 5 years (RV's, cattle trailers, flatbeds etc). I was going to buy from Trailers plus but I really wanted to support a small business. When I had issues with trailers bought from trailers plus I got instant results. It is not my job as the customer to contact the manufacturer. That is why I buy from a dealer. You can buy much cheaper dealer direct. I regret buying from Bulldog. I have referred 4 friends in the past week, 1 of them already purchased. The other 3 will no longer purchase from this business Stay away from this company. Buy from Olympia trailers or trailers plus. I have bought from both of them and much better customer service.

Instead of being faster, I was there over an hour! Worse, location employees knew nothing about the "contactless" process and could not advise me. I was on the phone with Customer Service trying to complete the process. Held me up, plus 2 movers, and the person who drove 2.5 hours to meet me and give me access to the property - waiting and hour longer for me to show up with the rental truck. Gary happily showed me the actual trailer, answered a few questions I had then we went back inside to complete the sale. The Title and registration process was made quick and easy by a very competent and pleasant woman but I unfortunately didn't catch her name. I arranged to pick up my new trailer the next day and when I arrived I decided to add a spare tire plus I needed to upgrade my towing equipment to exceed the trailer's 10K rating. They had everything in stock and when they brought my trailer to the front of the lot a few minutes later, they'd already mounted the spare tire. Two very efficient young guys prepped the trailer by torquing all the wheel lug nuts, attaching the trailer including the ball and coupler, safety chains, and breakaway switch to my truck, then testing the trailer lighting. No lights. Unfazed, they retrieved a testing kit from the shop and began troubleshooting and quickly determined the problem was in my truck's electrical system. We checked the basics, switches, connections and fuses - still no joy. Then Kyle came out to assist. Of course it was raining and the parking lot was wet and muddy but that didn't stop Kyle from digging deeper by laying under my truck to check 7 pin socket wiring. Kyle quickly determined that my truck's socket was the issue and, like a true professional, he quickly removed mine and replace it with a new one, with no hesitation or drama. This might seem routine to many but I've spent a great deal of time working in the trades and young men like Kyle are an unbelievably rare commodity. While everyone at Olympic Trailer & Truck was great, Kyle was responsible for completing my transaction with absolute satisfaction.

He ended up telling me he didn't mean to scare me off, but I left with the impression they were not interested in listening to the customer, or doing the job, --just charging the most money possible. I really wanted to have this work done by freghtliner, but he convinced me they are the wrong people for this job. Management should know people are coming in ready to spend money but are being told "why are you concerned with the wheel bearings on your 24 year old coach, they're probably fine".

My axle broke on my 16Ft airstream in Seattle while towing and I was trying to locate an axle to get my home on wheels fixed asap. A little Background... I've lived full time on the road in my Airstream for almost 7 years. Panic stricken by finding out the news that axles take 4-6 weeks to replace because Airstream likes to use custom axles was not the news I'd hoped for. Then this lady named Jayne responded to my facebook post and said to call her. She took time out of her day to help me navigate and try to locate an axle quickly through her networks and contacts. Through talking, she told me a little about her business and how she restores, renovates and sells super rad retro trailers. I half jokingly said, "we should trade", because she had some trailers slightly bigger than my tiny 16ft tiny tin can. I asked to come check out her inventory and was amazed by all the cool things she does at her little space in Tacoma. The next part of this story caught me by complete surprise. I had just met Jayne an hour ago and she asked "would you like to take this retro 19 foot airstream off the lot"? She offered up her trailer to me, a complete stranger so I could have a comfortable place for my dog and I to cruise up to Mt Rainier with. I looked at her wide eyed, and was like "ummm yesss, but come again".lol I'm a full time landscape photographer so not having a home on wheels(or a home in general) presents some challenges. Long story short... Jayne let me borrow her trailer for a whole month. Asked for nothing in return, all while doing the leg work to find me a discounted axle that we customized and got me the work done to my trailer for cost. I don't know how I got so lucky to cross paths with Jayne and Relic Trailers but if this story doesn't speak volumes of the person behind the business then I don't know what does. Forever grateful!!! I could not find anyone local, so we traveled all the way to AZ for the renovations and this guy totally messed up my siding and all of the wiring was wrong. The siding was literally falling off on I-5 coming home and we had to stop and buy duct tape to hold it on, I was so upset! On the trip back home, I was looking up local places that worked on vintage trailers and Relic Custom Trailers popped up. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I cannot believe that it did not pop up in my search. To top it off, one of Jaynes concession trailers was one of my inspiration trailers off Pinterest! I contacted Jayne and she got us in right away and fixed all of the issues that the trailer had, and she went through all the plumbing and everything to make sure that everything is to code. She has gone above and beyond to also did an appraisal for the trailer that the other guy was supposed to do but never gave me.
