Centralia is not short on auto parts stores and good number of them are locally owned (which I…read morenormally like to shop at locally owned), but I have no issue with hitting this branch of a national chain. I fully recommend the Centralia Auto Zone. I have been there a number of times and have always found what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. They have all the typical things you'd expect to find at an auto parts store ... plus they have friendly and knowledgeable staff. They greet you as you come in and ask if there's anything they can help you find ... but also, they just let you look around and don't badger you as you look through the aisles! Thank you for that! The last visit I had was a great experience. I had bought a repair kit for part of my wife's car, brought it to the house, and was having a devil of a time getting it to work. I drove back to the store and asked one of the associates about suggestions that she might have. She helped me out straightaway, gave some tips, encouraged me to try it out in the parking lot and if it wasn't working ... she'd come out and help!! Amazing customer service! That's the kind of service that will keep me coming back! Again --- highly recommend the Centralia Auto Zone for all of your repair parts needs!

The automatic sensor on my truck said I still had about 85% ware left on both the front and the back brakes. I was told that my truck took very expensive brakes since it was expensive truck-- I later found out that this is not true. I then took my truck to Les Schwab to get a second opinion. (AAA approved auto repair facility that's been pre-screened) this was late in the day and we fully anticipated this would be a timely fix and were stressed trying to see how we could make this all work with pets and a young child at home.
