When I returned to pick them up, I was stunned to learn the price had doubled--$150 total, apparently $75 per earring. While I acknowledge I should have requested a written estimate, the lack of transparency and sudden price hike felt misleading and unprofessional. This experience left me questioning the integrity of the business. I won't be returning--and if you choose to shop here, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing. A mixed review for me. Good: Everyone was nice…read more Not so Good: 1. It took 3 months for me to finally call them to see how my string trimmer service was coming along. They didn't know and eventually called me back to tell me it was ready. 2. It took so long to return; the string-trimming season was over. So I brought it home and put it in my garage. I pulled it out and tried to start it this spring, and it only ran off the choke. 3. The primer pump wasn't getting any gas when the unit was level (it would when I tipped it up). I took it apart and found the fuel line was kinked and had a hole in it. I replaced it. 4. Primer was pumping air into the tank? I eventually figured out Harbor reversed the primer flow lines, and after replacing the line (it seems like they should have done this), I reversed the incorrectly installed fuel lines. 5. I replaced the spark plug, another thing Harbor should have done when it was serviced. I won't be using Harbor again.
