She was so good. She did not try to sell me a plan that I didn't need. I found a phone and a plan that I could afford. She set my phone up and made sure it was working before I left the store. I would highly recommend her if you are a first time cell phone person like me.

They gave me fair warning it would take a week and a half. After not hearing back for 2 weeks I decided to call. They informed me that they had ordered the wrong battery and they ordered the correct one and it would be arriving within a couple days. I get that it happens and they assured me the battery would get there in a couple days and they would call. The tech called me, however she was calling regarding a completely different electronic. Realizing her mistake assured me I would be fixed in a few days. Called a few days later...battery hasn't arrived yet, we will call you when we receive it. Never called so I called and they informed me that the shipping company tried to deliver the battery but they were out of the office for an "event" and were hoping it would be redelivered the next day. At this point I told them they have two days and that I would be picking up my iPad either fixed or unfixed because we were at the 3 week mark and this is getting frustrating and I was tired of the lack of communication. The morning I was planning to come, I got a call from one of the employees saying that the tech left a post it on my iPad saying they didn't get to it and that if I took it back they would not refund my deposit. The battery had finally been delivered. The icing on the cake is the case my iPad was in came back scratched and liquid marks were in on the inside. I can't get a hold of anyone at this point to complain and probably will loose my deposit.

Also, the phone showed that the SIMM card was not installed, but it was. This was also related to the loose wires. The only complaint is that the tech was not there until 10:00 AM even though the hours on Yelp show 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

After my neighbors saw the job they did with my system, a few started looking up any other installers, which is how I finally got the mess I was left fixed. The lead installer was described by one of my neighbors as "unctious" which I had to look up in the dictionary. It's good because I was stuck somewhere between condescending and rude. As bad as the install was, it took three times as long as the owner promised. So long in fact, that he drove out just to see why. When he was shown photos of the "finished" job and admitted it was bad and did nothing but threaten to send the same guy back. It is better to spend your money on an out of town, county or even state company to start with because for a viable system, you will eventually.
