As bad as the install was, it took three times as long as the owner promised. So long in fact, that he drove out just to see why. When he was shown photos of the "finished" job and admitted it was bad and did nothing but threaten to send the same guy back. It is better to spend your money on an out of town, county or even state company to start with because for a viable system, you will eventually. She was Super dismissive to provide help along with a condescending attitude I only asked for Help I was told that she was too busy and that there would be over an hour wait as she immediately directed me to the self-serve machines for which I have no knowledge how they operate or work ! Also provided no offer for assistance with those machines ! There was 2 print staff employees 1 other Guy on a computer and was obvious she wasn't too busy ! He shut down a printing machine while the others were still running a large job and proceeded to run my copies I needed so then I had him print about 40 more for being so courteous and attentive to work with me.
