As bad as the install was, it took three times as long as the owner promised. So long in fact, that he drove out just to see why. When he was shown photos of the "finished" job and admitted it was bad and did nothing but threaten to send the same guy back. It is better to spend your money on an out of town, county or even state company to start with because for a viable system, you will eventually. Also provided no offer for assistance with those machines ! There was 2 print staff employees 1 other Guy on a computer and was obvious she wasn't too busy ! I made it clear the Hour wait to print a form wasn't at All acceptable ! It was Obvious she just didn't want to do her job and be of help. I immediately went to Minuteman printing. He shut down a printing machine while the others were still running a large job and proceeded to run my copies I needed so then I had him print about 40 more for being so courteous and attentive to work with me. His promise was made in October 2019 and it is now mid-February and I still don't have my laptop and I will probably never see it again. I would wager that he has sold it for parts by now. 5.
