After my neighbors saw the job they did with my system, a few started looking up any other installers, which is how I finally got the mess I was left fixed. The lead installer was described by one of my neighbors as "unctious" which I had to look up in the dictionary. It's good because I was stuck somewhere between condescending and rude. As bad as the install was, it took three times as long as the owner promised. So long in fact, that he drove out just to see why. When he was shown photos of the "finished" job and admitted it was bad and did nothing but threaten to send the same guy back. It is better to spend your money on an out of town, county or even state company to start with because for a viable system, you will eventually. I had to chase him down through Chamber of Commerce staff. 3. Kept my laptop, wouldn't return my calls even though I told him I was moving out of state. 4. Contacted him asking him to return my laptop and he promised he would. His promise was made in October 2019 and it is now mid-February and I still don't have my laptop and I will probably never see it again. I would wager that he has sold it for parts by now. 5. From that point on when didn't speak to be yet spoke directly to my boyfriend. She was rude. Her reactions to my questions seemed irritating to her. I walked out of the store to let my boyfriend complete the transaction. I will not choose your store again. If a representative does not like her job and it's apparent, you have a problem.
