UPX/ Zach Schmauss have a great professional and helpful approach to identifying and addressing shipping issues. I have had 2 Amazon returns that were directed to use UPS. Since UPX is the sole UPS option, no big decision to be as to where do I go. When there is one option many times, it results in a less than inspiring service. But, not here!!! I seriously can't believe the level of incompetence displayed by the employees of this store. On June 1 I came and paid over $45 to send a single document to Mexico. When after ten days it still hadn't arrived, I checked the DHL tracking system to see that they didn't even have it. When I called the store, I was informed that it was still sitting on the shelf there. The employees didn't even notice that it was just sitting there for 10 days. And when I expressed my reaction to this, all the manager had to say was that I could come pick it up myself or just wait and hope that maybe they would get it sent out. What a clown show. My suggestion, find another way to get something shipped out if you care at all about it arriving at it's destination. read more

This is a family owned business and the kids are friendly and know what they're doing. The father, as I've been told, is a UPS driver. The kids are normally who you'll meet there. Great gig. They'll never have to look for work. They have mail boxes available including outside boxes. The local denizens seem not to bother anyone and the boxes outside seem well lit and monitored. I've had plenty of packages left there for a week, some of which were large, with no complaints from UPX. Prices seem reasonable. They have many options available for sending and delivering, including in-house packing and they have packing material available for sale. Stamps and envelopes, of course. You can also get mundane things duplicated and printed. I've been with them for a year and I've yet to be disappointed. They actually have better service than the mail shop I was using in Texas which I liked so much. read more

I've been using them as a mailing service for a couple of years. For some reason, they have had software glitches on my account, and mail either was not sent, or sent to the wrong place. But darn it all, these employees are SO apologetic when something happens, and they work real hard to fix any goof ups. One employee was so cute.... he apologized for making a mistake but it turns out he was not the one who goofed. Someone else goofed, and he followed instructions. The software glitches appear to have been fixed, and I haven't had issues in awhile. I'm giving them four stars because the employees are all really nice and they try really hard to give good service. I really appreciate how hard they worked to fix the goofs that have happened on my account. This place bends over backward to give good service. read more

After being contacted by the owner and listening to his explanation of the issues involved in my complaint which, in all honesty was all my misunderstanding, I now feel in all fairness that United Package Express deserves its full and just rating of five stars. They will help you find the cheapest or the quickest way to send something, pack your things, and they'll even help you bring your stuff in! UPX shipping sucks! They rip people off. They built boxes for me charged me 122.00 and weren't anything like I ordered when I couldn't use them, and returned them they kept 55.00 for labor for an employee who already gets paid to be there! Rip off rip off! read more
