Did a load of laundry while visiting Hoquiam from Alaska. The first thing I noticed was how clean the laundromat was. Also, all of the machines were in good working order. The staff member on duty was helpful and efficient. He sold me soap, made change for me and helped me with the Wi-Fi. Prices were fair, and it's one of the nicest laundromat's I've ever been in. read more

I only go to the laundry mat to wash our comforter but I go about 2 times a month . We have a bright white wool type comforter that is super fluffy. It costs about $7.75 to wash and dry total ! I love this laundry mat because it is super clean ! You also have to put money on a card that you use for the machine so no need to worry about quarters ! The lady attendant is always super nice and helpful and seems to know most of the customers. read more

The place and machines are very clean, the attendant was nice and helpful. The card system was easy to use and you get money left on it back. But the washers are expensive! They're $3.60 for a single load, $5.25 double. They were efficient and spun the clothes almost dry. The dryers are $.25 for 5 minutes and work well so not much spent there. Very helpful employee who was willing to explain their card system and machines. You buy a card for $1 and put cash or credit on the card. Once you are done, you can exchange your card for the remainder plus the $1 deposit. Very clean overall and machines worked very well. There are plenty of folding tables and carts. Overall a very nice laundromat. Spent $20.00 for 3 double loaders and 4 dryers. Very affordable. read more

I come here once a week to do my laundry. Every week I am harrassed by the same employee. Last week she asked if my son had to crawl on the floor. I responded yes he is disabled and I can't bring his walker in order to fit the laundry in the trunk. I have two well behaved boys. This last sunday. July 19th, 2015 to be exact she harassed me yet again but this time she took it too far. Out of no where, while im pulling my clothes out of the washer with my son right by my feet she walks up and says, "Do you have to bring him? Can't you leave it at home with your husband?" I was so offeneded. I asked would you prefer that I leave him in this 90 degree weather in a Hot car or maybe just on the sidewalk along with the rest of the tweekers. Or maybe i should place a bell around his neck like he is a dog becuase she claims she just is worried about the other customers getting hurt if they trip over him. I was so upset becuase i am nothing but nice to everyone but she is discriminating against my 5 year old son becuase he is disabled when he was doing nothing but sitting right by my side trying to help me with the clothes. Also she said can't I leave him at home with my husband. Assuming I have one considering there are a lot of single parents out there. Also it might be important to add that they are of mixed race and i have came in to do laundry with there father but she is assuming has has no job becuase why would he not be there unless he had a job or other things to do. So that is also a form of discrimination but I can't confirm or cancel this out. I just can't beleive she would say this to me. I was so upset and told her," You need to be more sensitive to the fact that he is disabled." She clearley looked at him like an inconveinence to her for some reason. I spend a lot of money here and I know this is just one employee but someone needs to have a talk with her or I will not be returning for any service. Or maybe she should offer her wash, dry, and fold service for free so we won't be in her way. I spend 70 dollars here every two weeks and I will not be disrepected or allow somone to treat my child like a disease because he is disabled. I have attempted to email them through their website demanding a manager or owner call back with my cell phone number. I have yet to receive a response. If the proper steps are taken to rectify the poor treatment of my son because of his dissability I will be able to forgive and return and possibly change my rating. I go at the same time every week and i will be able to tell if this employee has changed their deamenor toward my disabled son. read more

We have been on the road for over 3 months. This is by FAR the most pleasant laundry experience we have had. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the dryers actually dry your clothes (without wrinkles - bonus!) I actually enjoyed doing laundry here. Whaaaat??? read more

I will give this 3 stars because it's clean, well run, has modern machines (even some double loaders) and the lady who was running it on a Wednesday when I was there was pleasant. I would love to give this place 5 stars but can't. Why? BECAUSE IT'S A ROYAL PAIN TO DO LAUNDRY HERE! The machines aren't coin operated, they are "card operated." Ok, we can live with this, but even the cards are a pain! You are charged $1 for getting a card (one time fee if you choose to keep the card and reload it each time). This means, if you load the card with $10, you will only get $9 of laundry the first time you use the card. But the good news is, if you choose to give the card back when you are done, the nice lady will give you that $1 back, plus any other money you have left over on the card. (But why should we have to go through all this fol de rol? RIDICULOUS!) Or..... you can choose to keep the card and reload it each time. On the other hand, do NOT try to "game" this to get cash (i.e., load the card with $15, use $10, and expect to get $5 back). The "nice lady" will not be so nice if you do that. There is a sign saying not to play this like a cash machine as they are not a bank. I agree with the policy. Further, you CAN use a credit card to charge your laundry costs. I used cash. They have only two card machines, one of the card machines wasn't working when I was there. On the other card machine, they were having trouble with the credit card part, but the cash part was still working. Washing was $2.75 on the single loaders, $5 on the double loaders. On each washing machine, you pay an extra 25 cents if you want a second rinse. The dryers are quite large, and are 25 cents for each 5 minutes. I got three loads in one dryer. The washers spin stuff so well, you could probably get by with 30 minutes on a dryer, but I used 50 minutes because I wanted to leave to do grocery shopping. However, there is a sign in the shop that says if you leave the premises and customers are waiting for machines, they have the right to remove your clothes and are not responsible. Today, this laundromat was quite busy because the other laundromat in Aberdeen was closed due to the owners being on vacation. I was able to get a single loader and one double loader, although I would have preferred three single loaders. Wasn't too hard to get a dryer, though. Very nice laundromat, but the card system is too much fol de rol! read more
