They have many services, but we were looking for someone to make duplicate sets of keys for our RV (Southwind motorhome). We made a lot of calls only to get answering machines, mobile locksmiths, and kiosk machines. None of these helped, so we drove to Always and were able to get our duplicates made on the spot. The locksmith who waited on us was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He also warned us about some mobile locksmith bait-and-switch scams and how to avoid them (check their business license/permit). I highly recommend Always Safe & Lock if you need keys or other locksmith services.

Called this company and they sent someone out to look. The tech said it's an interconnected lockset so they needed to check if they had to order it. A week goes by - no communication on if they had it, so I contacted them. They said they were checking their stock (for a week). Another 10 days go by and nothing from them, so I contact them again. They say they need to order it and it'll be about 6 weeks. So over 2 weeks of no communication...and seems no action on their part. September 2 they finally come to install the lockset. The manufacturer sent the wrong parts so could not install. They tell me they'll check to see when they can get what we need. So that same day I sent a detailed message with what we needed and we need to just get this done...since I had no idea if the office knew what was going on and/or if they were doing anything. No response until 8 days later..."We are expecting to get the parts next week and will contact you as soon as we get the parts." Over two months wasted and had to chase these guys to get ANY information from them. I ended up ordering the parts needed myself and have a different company (which is responsive) lined up to install.
