The staff at the copy center was extremely helpful, and strived to make everything perfect. In addition to the quality of the products, it was clear that they enjoyed working there and it was reflected in the friendly service.

It was now my turn the printing employee addressed me to help then I explained that I needed a email PDF, which was two forms printed off and asked for her help. She was Super dismissive to provide help along with a condescending attitude I only asked for Help I was told that she was too busy and that there would be over an hour wait as she immediately directed me to the self-serve machines for which I have no knowledge how they operate or work ! Also provided no offer for assistance with those machines ! There was 2 print staff employees 1 other Guy on a computer and was obvious she wasn't too busy ! I made it clear the Hour wait to print a form wasn't at All acceptable ! It was Obvious she just didn't want to do her job and be of help. I immediately went to Minuteman printing. The guy was busy his name is Chris the owner. He shut down a printing machine while the others were still running a large job and proceeded to run my copies I needed so then I had him print about 40 more for being so courteous and attentive to work with me. My is to go to Minuteman if you need any printing done.

AT&T Store - Quote for selling our phones

This is a little lengthy, but I like a good story, so I just assume everyone else does, too. This…read moreis a repost of a Google review I did last summer. I spent not-quite-2-hours at the AT&T store in Olympia. My phone had gone into a loop of rapid fire error messages-- all because I hadn't done regular Google Play updates. Apparently. I'll own that. Anyway, I usually go up to the Capital Mall store, because they FIX things. When I go to the AT&T store here in Centralia, they instantly want me to upgrade to a new phone, without trying to fix it. I walked into the Mall store, and the woman who greeted me looked at my phone and said, "Looks like you need a new phone." What. The. What. Groundhog Day. "Nope," I say, "David and Gus have fixed it for me before, so I want to try to fix it first." I assess she's not capable, by demeanor nor skill, because she's very abrupt and impatient, and my eyes are darting around, as if I'm looking for a way out of the Hunger Games, but I'm actually looking around for someone else who might care a little more than not at all. Another employee, Ralph, stops by our table to see what's happening. He digs in, and patiently works on my phone (and shortly into it, the sales manager woman goes off to be not busy at another table). He tries every trick he knows. He has a big bag of tricks. Impressively big bag of tricks. Did I say he PATIENTLY worked on it? After well over an hour, we decide to reset my phone, even at the risk of losing everything, although I was reasonably certain I'd backed things up in Google. He reset it, and sure enough, everything uploaded to my phone, except for some voicemails and a few pics. Admittedly, I'm a horrible cell phone owner. I don't feed and care for it like I'm supposed to do, or even speak its tech language...in fact, if it were a pony, it would've died long ago. But I really appreciate people who are great at their job skills, who give superior customer service, and who make you feel like they were happy to help you. So, here's a big shout out to Ralph Rivera at the Capital Mall AT&T store. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer, and for fixing my phone. You're a Rockstar. And PS: Thank you for your service to our country.

They were talking and looking at us. I felt uncomfortable and almost walked out. He came over and found the cord. My husband gave him our debit card and he ran it, asking if we wanted the receipt emailed. We said yes, he fiddled with the handheld, finally said he sent it. He never asked our name or looked up our account. 2 days later, we were charged double and no receipt was sent. We tried to call, but they won't pick up the phone. I had our bank reverse the charge.

The fact I asked while in the store and asked about the charger and was told I'd need to purchase one seemed odd. 3 days later got a call stating "We forgot to give you the box for your phone and the charger, Come grab it" was inconvenient because I live in Tacoma. I said I would come by before end of the weekend. I arrived today, Sunday and this is where the customer experience went down hill. Alexandria was snotty, curt, and had a know it all demeanor. Very off putting. She explained in almost no helpful detail. They had thrown out the box because it wasn't picked up timely. From that point on when didn't speak to be yet spoke directly to my boyfriend. She was rude. Her reactions to my questions seemed irritating to her. I walked out of the store to let my boyfriend complete the transaction. I will not choose your store again. If a representative does not like her job and it's apparent, you have a problem.

It took a while for them to find out if it was available or not. It was! Yay! We went to pay and it turned out we couldn't buy the phone it outright?!? We had to pay for it monthly and pay the interest? That is f-ing ridiculous!! So now, we're on our way to buy his phone elsewhere! We were at the store more than an hour waiting for help and deciding which one was best! Gah!!!
