The owner quoted me $75 for the job, which I reasonably assumed covered both earrings. When I returned to pick them up, I was stunned to learn the price had doubled--$150 total, apparently $75 per earring. While I acknowledge I should have requested a written estimate, the lack of transparency and sudden price hike felt misleading and unprofessional. This experience left me questioning the integrity of the business. I won't be returning--and if you choose to shop here, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing. When he delivered them he destroyed the Refrigerator bringing it into my home. He said he would be back the next Friday to replace it. Instead he blocked me!! I had to search to find out what company he worked for and this is where he works. I spoke to the owner and at first he said I had the wrong number. Then when he realized how much I knew, he said he would replace the appliances on Monday. Miguel Servellon (the guy that delivered them and destroyed them) unblocked me and text me to let me know that the warranty did not cover the destroyed fridge door. HE DESTROYED IT!! The stove light won't shut off and I can't read the digital display. This supposedly has a 60 day warranty! They have no plans to fix what he destroyed or to fix the stove. These people are slimey and I'm turning them into the Attorney General. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I'D CHECK OUT THAT JEWELRY REALLY GOOD TOO! THESE ARE BAD PEOPLE THAT ARE JUST OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

There are a lot of beach wear/cheap tourist places in Ocean Shores, this is not one of them. This is a standout store which would do well in any big city. I like the variety of stuff they have. They've never had the best customer service here but this time my family and I walked in with our 4yr old service dog because it said dogs were allowed at the door. They let us walk around and spend $150 on merchandise and after paying, we looked at glass figurines by the door. We were talking about which ones we wanted to come back for the next day as gifts to our parents and the cashier came up to us and asked us to please leave with our dog before her boss got mad at her. Not sure why it was ok for us to be there with him while we were shopping but not once we had already paid. Our dog btw was very well behaved and trained to be in social settings like that and will not turn any of his attention to anyone else in the store but us. Not to mention the false sign of dogs allowed on the door that made us come into the establishment, to begin with this time. I left angry and didn't think about it until was already on the road but I should have returned everything I bought.
