Failed to tighten lug nuts on tires after rotating tires. They weren't even finger tight. Hubby made them come to house to tighten them. Yes a wheel could have come off if hubby didn't discover it. 2. Overfilled the oil on same truck. 3. Failed to tighten bolts on brake caliper after installing rear brakes. This failed on a trip we were on pulling a travel trailer. We had to drive over a 100 miles to fimd a place to stay and find someone to fix it. They paid for the repair. We have never been back. This could have been disastrous for us. I took my car in for an oil change. 1st they told me I was a day early. I was not. Then they changed my oil for me. Put a new sticker on my car showing next oil change wss due at a mileage less than when I brought it in. They are nice people, but they are incompetent. Buyer beware. We have not been back and do not tecommend them.

While we waited, they removed the tire, repaired it and returned the car to us. Maybe not anything to be excited about but they didn't charge me a penny. We had to constantly reach out to them to find out the status of the vehicle. When the vehicle was supposedly fixed we were told we could pick it up, but the vehicle was not at Turner Automotive when we arrived. They had taken it to a dealership without telling us and they had not brought it back. We went to the dealership to get the car, it was having the exact same issue as when we dropped it off. We contacted Turner Automotive, they told us to bring it back and it was probably a part that they had replaced so it would be a warranty issue. We took the car back, we were told it was several different issues, they kept changing what they thought it was. They never told us we owed anything. They had the car for quite a while and we were still having to reach out to them for updates. When the vehicle was finally done, we picked it up and were were told we owed additional money. We would not have had Turner Automotive fix it if it was not a warranty issue. The original repair was over $3,000 and it did not need to be done. It did not fix the issue at all. The second repair was over $500. The person that told us we had to pay that said there was a miscommunication and that we had to pay it. The original repair never should have been done since that was not the problem. Turner Automotive misdiagnosed the vehicle and did not make it right on our end. Their communication and customer service is horrible.

My truck needed new struts, and they replaced them in the front and told me the back shocks were…read moreleaking and shot, I had them replace the front strut assembly's and replace the rear shocks. I decided to have the front and rear sway bar bushings replaced with the new polymer type as the old rubber ones were cracking and failing. OMG it drove like a new truck again. These guys are awesome, and they never give ya any add on that you don't need. If there is a issue they spot, they will always call ya and get authorization from you before doing the work. After 5 years of having them as my repair facility, they have never over charged me and have NEVER HAD TO REDO ANY WORK THEY HAVE DONE. These guys are honest to a fault and are 100% trusted by me.
