Centralia is not short on auto parts stores and good number of them are locally owned (which I…read morenormally like to shop at locally owned), but I have no issue with hitting this branch of a national chain. I fully recommend the Centralia Auto Zone. I have been there a number of times and have always found what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. They have all the typical things you'd expect to find at an auto parts store ... plus they have friendly and knowledgeable staff. They greet you as you come in and ask if there's anything they can help you find ... but also, they just let you look around and don't badger you as you look through the aisles! Thank you for that! The last visit I had was a great experience. I had bought a repair kit for part of my wife's car, brought it to the house, and was having a devil of a time getting it to work. I drove back to the store and asked one of the associates about suggestions that she might have. She helped me out straightaway, gave some tips, encouraged me to try it out in the parking lot and if it wasn't working ... she'd come out and help!! Amazing customer service! That's the kind of service that will keep me coming back! Again --- highly recommend the Centralia Auto Zone for all of your repair parts needs!

Best Service I have ever had at a Napa anywhere!! We had an alternator literally blow apart on I5…read morein Washington. Had previously purchased a lifetime warranty alternator from Napa in Oregon. Called around and found the closest Napa to have a new one was in Centralia. Even though they showed one in stock, Terri actually went back to verify they had it, pulled it and held it for us, and confirmed they had tools we could borrow to change it out. Took us over 2 hours for a tow to get to us. When we got dropped at Napa both Terri and Tony went out of their way to assist us. They were truly wonderful, best people ever! They went out of their way; above and beyond to help us get back up and running again. Tony actually assisted with his own tools when we needed something they didn't have and assisted my husband. Couldn't ask for a better experience!! Would highly recommend this Napa to anyone!

Headed up to pick them up and upon arriving we were told they didn't know what we were talking about, they didn't have any assemblies or any headlight parts ordered for the day. My son headed back home and I called and spoke to the asst mgr to ask him to check on it. 2 minutes later he said they have them and we can come back in to pick them up. Absolute left hand not knowing what right hand is doing which wastes everyone's time. We previously had pretty good service there and I would have left the review at 4 stars. Except, during my call I mentioned all of this and the asst mgr didn't even pretend to care about the feedback. He said "well, he's got them now so..." Yes, we have them and won't be coming back for anything else. They would have let us leave just after calling us to come in to get parts we ordered and paid for only to send us home because they can't communicate internally.
