This shop is NOT good, I went to look for repairing my flat tire, and he wanted to sell me 4 used tires for $650, and his explanation to that was all your tires are bald, which is a lie because all 4 of them look brand new. I went to a hispanic tire shop around, and the awesome guy fixed it for $20, and told me all your tires are looking pretty good. read more

THIS SHOP IS NO GOOD. Watched while a friend of mine went to get used tires and this shop sold her 2 used tires and the next morning she woke up to 2 two flat tires. She went back and they just aired up tires and told her her rims where bad. OK Well then fix the rims!!!!! RIGHT no they do not have ability to check for leaks when selling you tires. Just Bad when get two new tires and they are flat next day and the tire seller wants to blame you because they cannot check for leaks in the tire they sell you. There is a great tire shop across the street, do yourself a favor and go there not Andy's they are not for the customer they just don't care about the person they are servicing. It saddens me to give a review like this but this is company should not be servicing the public. read more

Well here is update. I took the receipt for the damaged lug nut to Andy himself and he would not even look at it. He just said he is not paying for the damage that he himself caused to my tire. So I filed the small claims paperwork today. Court is Feb 22 so I will update after we go to court. Really sad when you can stand behind your own work. It helps to read reviews because you get a great idea of who you are thinking about doing business with. I WARN YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Not only did the owner himself damage my car but he will not fix his error. Even when I was going to that shop I always had to keep going back because my tires constantly lost air the do not make sure the tires don't leak. Anyway there is a really great shop directly across the street from Andy's shop. They are really good. Try them first you will be happy you did. read more

Got a flat tire in Morton, WA. The person's house that this happened in front of said, "Go see Andy". Was a tad late getting to Andy's after 5pm so I called ahead and he waited for me. Arrived and Andy said, "I got just thing thing for you". Done and out the door!!! Nobody likes tires issues but I'll be looking forward to seeing Andy again when that time comes. read more

Andy takes the time to listen to what you want and need from the tires on your rig. He then explains the options, and what their various benefits are. I appreciate his care and concern for my Jeep, and his instructions to best maintain of the investment we've made in the new tires. Further, the price he quotes includes absolutely everything instead of saying "Those tires are $100 each, but rotating and balancing is $X, mounting is $X, valve stems are $X, and old tire disposal is $X. Oh yeah, and road hazard warranty is extra, too". No. Andy just says "The set will be $X out the door". In other words, his customer service is exemplary in an age when it can be hard to find mediocre service. The tires I bought are amazing, too. Took the Jeep into the mountains to try them out and couldn't break traction even when I tried. Perfect. Thank you, Andy. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. read more
