Mike listened to what I was looking for, took my requests seriously, and quickly delivered the used truck that was perfect for my needs. It has been two years, and the truck hasn't failed me. After having previously purchased a lemon from another dealer, I practically begged Mike not to be a crook--I know, it sounds weird, but it's true--and he wasn't. He didn't rip me off. I won't say it was a perfect experience. There were a few snags along the way, but it was the Christmas season, and we should all expect some delays during the holidays. The complaint I want to make is for the parts department. They asked if I would be willing to take a used swaybar, and I said yes. What they did not explain is that it would completely fall apart in my mechanic's hands a year later. Trust me when I say that I didn't drive a lot during the first year. It was a simply bad part. Still, I think the business deserves a thumbs up overall. The fact that I was sold a good truck is the most important detail. It will be the last truck I own in this lifetime. I'm happy with it. Thank you, Mike. You kept your word.

Pay a little over time, maintain them with regular oil changes and have a great mechanic who keeps up in the latest techniques and diagnostic equipment - THAT's TURNER AUTOMOTIVE! We highly recommend them! Honest prices, Certified Service and Always with a smile.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Maximillian…read moreMotorsports. Maximillian Motorsports was recommended to me by Auto Tech Services out of Rochester. Unfortunately, due to the experience I had here, I will no longer be bringing my vehicles to either business ever again. I brought my 2013 BMW 328i to them with a check engine light, but the vehicle was still running and drivable. Their own initial notes stated that though it had a rough idle, the car drove okay. After a two week wait and based on their diagnosis, I approved a major Valvetronic repair totaling several thousand dollars because I trusted their professional recommendation that it would resolve the issue. After the repair, the vehicle was in significantly worse condition and would no longer maintain idle properly. I raised my concerns and was eventually contacted directly by the owner, Max, who told me the car had been personally test driven, was in better condition than when I brought it in, and was drivable, although it still had a rough idle and needed additional work. Based on those assurances, I paid the remaining balance and picked the vehicle up. After a sketchy drive home the car home, it would no longer stay running at all. I understand older European vehicles can have multiple underlying issues, and I was never expecting perfection. My frustration comes from paying thousands of dollars (6000 total) for a repair that ultimately left the vehicle in worse condition than when it arrived. Communication throughout the process was poor and inconsistent, and expectations were not clearly communicated. Even the owner, Max himself, acknowledged directly to me that the business needed to improve its communication and standards. I attempted multiple times to resolve this professionally before posting this review. I would strongly encourage anyone considering major repairs here to make sure they fully understand the risks, possible outcomes, and financial implications before approving expensive work through Maximillian Motorsports.

The biggest area for improvement is organization and pricing transparency. I would have expected a clear breakdown of parts, labor, and other charges upfront, but instead it felt like the final price was being worked out as the conversation progressed. The invoice was also provided as a handwritten receipt rather than a detailed computer-generated itemization, which made it more difficult to understand exactly what I was paying for. One thing this business does have going for it is its large selection of wheels in different styles and sizes. This was something I was unable to find at Les Schwab, and it was ultimately the main reason I chose to purchase here. Overall, the experience was average. The staff was friendly, and the selection was impressive, but the pricing and lack of transparency left me with mixed feelings.
