Called on one shop who did not answer and then called Auto Care Center. I explained our situation and was told they would look at it and although busy if simple they would fix it. The heater hose was diagnosed, a new part ordered and when cool was fixed. It only took a bit over two hours and the cost was very fair. Unfortunately, Walmart made it difficult and told me if I didn't want to replace all 4 of my tires I would have to take my tire off and bring it in! It was a flat I needed fixed ASAP. If I was able to take the tire off, I could've just replaced it myself... sigh. On arrival at Les Schwab we were immediately greeted by a worker who was clearly busy. He asked what he could do for me and took a he time to walk me in and relay the message. The customer service at this location has been amazing, and honestly I'd rather spend more and wait a little longer, just to feel like they actually cared about my situation.
