I reluctantly leave this review. In the past, service was ok. He replaced my moms, and my brothers windsheilds, also mine. Then when my wing window was broken, I texted to schedule and was given a "yeah, next Thursday or friday". So I made sure the car was available. No show. So again, I am told "Tuesday or Wednesday" again, no show. So I explain that I need a time. I am told by 3pm on Tuesday. Again, no show. So I am done. I text and explain and I get...Sorry, we will go to our other appointment. I really just feel that my appointment wasn't important enough to care about. And that is why I will no longer refer folks to this business. In reality, he lost 3 clients. My mom and brother will go elsewhere also. read more

I called once to request a quote for a replacement windshield on my Honda Ridgeline. The lady who answered said, "I'll give him your number and he'll call you back". Four days later he had not called, so I called the same number. I was told again that he would call me back. I told the lady that this was my second call, and she said that she would make sure he called me back. Three days later he had still not called, so I made an appointment with another firm. First of all, I can't thank Marlin enough for all that he has done when all hope was wearing thin. I truly wish you the best. Since I am not from the area or even the state, this this the best referral I can offer for all that you have done. So here is my nightmare and light at the end of the tunnel. On the final stretch of my grand family road trip from San Diego,California to Canada, we are on our way home until the fright of my life happened. Road debris, 5ft Semi truck tire, came crashing on my windshield and nearly avoided a catastrophe. After a gruesome long story with insurance and logistics to towing my vehicle, my family and I were left at a hotel frantically gathering every repair shop info within 100 miles on a Sunday to call the next morning. 7 of 12 repair shop all uses the same guy, Marlin. 5 of 12 were mobile autoglass repair including Safelite, biggest disappointment, and Ready Autoglass. None of the mobile companies were available until a three day wait period to include shipping part and coming to do the repair. Not even Safelite Mobile could not help me even though they have an actual Safelite shop near me. None were immediate like the commercial portrays. Marlin was the one person out of the 12 who even mentioned actually getting the part, to include searching and delivery, and installing. At this point, he was my only choice an hope to getting home. I called at 0730 that morning and he was at my vehicle by 3pm. Give him the biggest credit since everything is hours away to the nearest major city. To add to this already horrific sequence events, a passing truck driver in he parking lot knocked over my replacement windshield as it waiting installation. I wanted destroy that driver!! After the unfortunate situation, Marlin secured my vehicle which at this point had no windshield from the coming rain and assured me he will get a new windshield and be here early the next morning. Mind you, I have a 06 Toyota sienna limited so parts are not just available in any store. Marlin kept to his word and was at my hotel by 10am with the part to complete the repair. I stood by with my ready fist to whomever came close to the windshield. After the repair, you would think my story ended. My van battery had died, not sure why, but Marlin saved me again. I eventually finished my 1000 mile oad trip home with no issues. Save yourselves all the trouble and call Marlin for any autoglass repair. Again, I can't thank you enough and will always remember my epic story with a good friend. read more

Fast friendly service. They had my windshield installed in the same week I called them. It was raining and my carport wasn't working good to keep the rain drops off but we improvised with a tarp and they got it done! Marlin's had no problem working on my newer car and got it apart and everything reinstalled with ease. Would recommend Marlin's for all your glass replacement needs. read more

We made an appointment August 28th with Marlin's Mobile Autoglass. That was supposed to have been today at 10:00. They did a no-show. Michael had been trying to call but it just kept going to voicemail-which was full. I called from work and they answered. He claimed they got delayed on a job and then asked me for our address. So, how were they going to get here if they didn't have my address? He said they would be here in about 2 hours. Well, it wasn't much more than an hour and they arrived. They didn't have the windshield. Michael was pretty frustrated at this point as the crack has really grown and we have patiently waited for today. Then one of the guys said if we had made the appointment earlier in the morning maybe they could have had the windshield today. WHAT? Our appt. was in the morning and made 2 weeks prior to today. So Michael tells him this and he just says oh. They made an appt. for tomorrow 2:30 to 3ish. Well, Michael had been in the process of trying another place so after that appt. was made he canceled with Marlin's. We will not recommend them as it was not one thing but 4 things that went wrong. Scheduled an appointment on a Friday for the following Wednesday. He didnt take down much info and said he would call me Wednesday morning to give me a time frame. By 1 pm on Wednesday I hadn't heard from him. I called him and he said he had it down for Thursday. Could be a honest mistake by either of us. He said he would schedule me for that Friday and again would call me and quickly got off the phone with me. Friday by 1130 I hadn't heard a word, called him and was sent to voicemail. I told him I had afternoon plans and needed a time frame. 2 hours later I still hadn't heard from him. I called back around 130 and was sent to voicemail again. I cancelled the appointment and went somewhere else with much better customer service. Highly disappointed. read more
