I had also requested extra pickled onions, but there were barely any. At that point, I decided to go back to the restaurant to have the order corrected. What should have been a simple situation turned into another 30 minutes of driving back and forth and waiting for the food to be remade. What was most disappointing, however, was the customer service. The employees appeared frustrated and annoyed that we had returned and needed the order corrected. Rather than feeling like they wanted to help resolve the issue, we felt like we were inconveniencing them. We were also left waiting while employees helped other customers who had gotten in line behind us. Mistakes happen. I completely understand that. Food gets left out of orders, lids don't always get closed properly, and things can be missed during a busy shift. What matters is how you treat the customer when a mistake happens. In my experience, when a restaurant makes a mistake, the staff typically apologizes, fixes the issue, and makes the customer feel valued. Unfortunately, that was not our experience last night. After being so impressed with our first two visits, this was honestly one of the worst customer-service experiences we've had at a restaurant.
